I had my WIFES car and backed it into a brick structure. We were going on a two week vacation the next week. We had recently purchased a vehicle at Honda Cars of Rock Hill (most painless experience I have EVER had buying a car), and having utmost confidence in them, asked their service manager for a recommendation to have my wifes Chevy Traverse repaired. He was very confident in recommending Caliber Collision on Anderson Street in Rock Hill. I called Jason there who told me I could come over immediately. I have been insured by USAA for over 40 years now and was very happy to learn that Caliber Collision is on their preferred list for body shops in this area. From the first phone call to Jason, being greeted by Diane the receptionist, and then being assigned to Kristin who oversaw the repair and interfaced with USAA, the process was seamless. I have to say that they are everything they advertise. They know that accidents are stressful (especially when its the spouses car). Their slogan is "restoring the rhythm of your life." We left for Europe the day after I dropped the car off and I received regular updates on the progress. The repairs were completed before we got back and when I picked up the car this morning, Kristin told me that she waited until I was coming to pick it up to have it washed because she "didnt want it to get dirty again". The car looks new. I paid my deductible, thanked everybody and was on the road in 10 minutes. A+ for these people.

I had a horrible experience at B and R Body Shop and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was broadsided by another vehicle, and the insurance company handling the claim chose B and R for the repairs. They had my car for 6 weeks and never called to give me any updates on the status of the repairs. When I called myself to try to get an update I received horrible customer service. They were very rude and spoke to me like I was out of line for calling to try to get an update on when to expect my car back. When I finally got it back the alarm did not work. The alarm was connected to the door that they replaced. When I brought it back in for them to fix, they had my car for over 24 hours before they called to tell me that they could not and would not fix it, as I could not prove that the alarm did not work when they returned it to me. My experiece with B and R has been the worst experience I have had in dealing with any car dealership or repair shop.

Im not big on having other people work on my 2008 Audi A3, but needless to say, I hit a deer not long go and chose caliber collision to do the repairs, due to their ability to reprogram the adaptive lighting system my vehicle is equipped with. From start to finish EVERYONE was spectacular, easy to understand, kept in very well contact with update. Service Supervisor Nikki Adams, Was Very kind, helpful, and made the whole experience as comfortable as it possibly could be. Krisi also was an outstanding person to deal with, funny to talk to, which made me feel they were actually here for me and apart of any and all decisions made with out pressure of second guessing myself, THANK YOU CALIBER COLLISION FOR BRINGING MY BABY ( MY CAR ) BACK TO ITS BEAUTIFUL SEFLF... 5 stars my friends..... 5 STARS

My experience with Caliber Collision in Rock Hill, and particularly with my Service Advisor, Kristin Ennis, was top notch. My insurance adjuster was onsite also, so it was really a one stop claim and repair experience for me. What I really appreciated was that Kristin gave me some realistic repair time estimates but then also kept me updated on progress with any adjustments on the repair time. This was most appreciated. Kristin was especially pleasant to work with in getting my truck looking beautiful again while also in a very reasonable amount of time. I hope I wont need more auto body work, but if I do it will be with Kristin at Caliber in Rock Hill, SC.

Recently hit a deer and got quoted for almost 2 grand of damage... Took it to Caliber and they fixed everything, even found poorly done work from the previous owners and fixed those issues too... They seemed to be honest about the repairs they did and even delivered my car to my house on the pick up day because they had to have one more thing checked out by Nissan before they released it to me. Nice people and good mechanics. This place is going to be my go to if I ever murder another deer with my car lol.

The Caliber Collision Shop (formerly B&R) is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with. My family & I have used them four times in the past couple of years. Everything was perfect, from the time you walked in the door until you got your car back!! People are very friendly and want to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend this body shop in Rock Hill area.

The work was impeccable, could not be more happy with the job that they did. The front staff is so friendly and the people that they have in the back, experts in their trade. My wife wrecked her brand new Honda they were able to fix it like it was brand new again. I would be a repeat customer, god forbid this happens again.

Horrible experience with this location quality was horrible It was fast but speed seems the only thing that they where concerned about fender bolt where all scratched and now started to rust . The paint seems to have a lot of bumps in it ..... lets just say dont take your car there
