Went in to get an appraisal on front end damage to my corolla, they gave me a quote and I decided to get a few more. I ended up going back there since the prices were fair and location was great to walk/metro to. They told me that it would take 5 days to finish, and it ended up taking 7. When I got it back, it looked great but after I left and picked up a friend the passenger door made a noise when it rubbed against the bumper panel. I called them back, they said to bring it in so I did and they fixed it for free as part of their 1 year gaurantee. A few months later, I had to get a yearly safety inspection and it failed because the headlights were not aligned. So I called them again and brought my car in to have the headlights adjusted so that they would be shining in the same direction. Looking back, I wish they would have gone over the car when I picked it up so that I wouldnt have to go back 2 other times to have repairs redone. They also didnt call me when the secondary repairs were done, I had to keep calling them with updates. I would not return to them in the future.

T&Js is a great local auto shop. I dont know if its because Im a terrible driver or unlucky (or both), but Ive had a some minor and major car accidents, and T&Js has helped me out on both. I first went there when I got in a fender bender with my 3-series. It was the other drivers fault, and T&J worked directly with the insurance company to get it taken care of. It only took a few weeks to get everything taken care of, including insurance. A few years later, I was in a pretty bad car crash when another drive ran a red light and smashed into the front of my car. I called around a few shops, and while T&Js estimate wasnt the lowest, they were still competitive and I knew they could do the job. When I got the car back, it was perfect! They got everything lined up like it was straight from the factory, and the paint color match was spot on. It looked and felt like a new car. The owner and his team are pros who care about their customers, and it shows in their work and reputation. Getting in a car accident sucks, but if it happens, you cant go wrong with T&Js.

First of all the owner, Juan is a very evil man. My wife took our car in to get an estimate to fix the front bumper which had been pulled off by a careless person parking their car. He happily provided a reasonable quote. After we received the check from the insurance company I took the car back to be repaired. This is when the trouble started. He said he could not get the bumper for me. He then gave me two options: (1) attach the existing/damaged bumper or (2) I order the bumper and bring it back, then he would put it on. Both options would be the same amount, labor only. When I took the bumper and the car back to get it fixed he said it would be more money. He said that he never wouldve agreed to such amount (even when I had it in writing!) and repeatedly told me that I was wasting his time. If at all cost, please do yourself a favor and do NOT use this body shop.

Id absolutely go back to T&J auto - my Volkswagen Passat had a dented rear door, and they did a great job of fixing it within a few days and at a reasonable cost - the estimate was below the other auto body shop that provided an estimate. While this was longer than the 1 day that they had quoted, I know the paint turned out to be trickier than they had expected and they took the extra steps to get the job done correctly. The results are great - I cant tell the difference between the repaired doors and the originals, nor can a few friends that Ive asked. I was originally a bit skeptical about taking my car to a smaller auto body shop, but am very pleased that I did. The scheduling is a bit informal, but they are flexible and emailing or calling the day in advance seems to work well.

I borrowed a friends car and had a run in with a column in a parking garage in Arlington and sorta crushed part of the door/fender. Not wanting to ruin my friends insurance I decided to pay for it myself and got some estimates and decided on T&J based on positive reviews. They are indeed professional and did a great job, and you can tell they really know what they are doing. One tip, you can show up anytime for an estimate but you need to make an appointment to actually drop the car off for them to repair it. I got a little confused about that part. Anyway, when you bust up your friends ride it helps to have a solid business like this to save the friendship, lol.

I have nothing but great things to say about my recent experience at T&J. I sustained a pretty serious scratch and dent to the hood of my car recently, and was worried about the cost of repair. Juan was very professional, and was more than willing to negotiate the price to something I felt was very reasonable. The work was done within a day, and the hood looks factory new. In addition to repairing the scratch/dent on the hood, the staff at T&J went around the side panels of the car, and sucked out a couple minor dents I had in the car doors, free of charge. Im not sure about some of the negative reviews on here, but Ill absolutely be taking my car back to T&J.

Back story: I had a parking lot accident with my car where the back corner of my car took an impact. It was a small area, but there was a dent in the back hatch, the right side panel, and the hatch window shattered. T and J Autobody worked with my insurance company (Progressive) to get my car 100% back to normal. It looks great! They perfectly matched my car color—which is a flake paint with hints of blue and grey—and applied it wonderfully. They smoothed out the back end of the right panel perfectly and they hooked up my new hatch door so it fits great. They had a friendly staff and I was able to email or call and get quick responses. I highly recommend them.

I visited T&J and could not find anyone willing to say hello to me, let alone give me an estimate for my car. I stood in the front office for a good 15 minutes without seeing a single person. Finally I gave up and went into the garage to find someone. Although I asked for help from two men, both walked away and never came back. To make matters worse, 5-6 workmen were eating lunch and were clearly visible to me through a screen window. While I appreciate that they work hard and need a lunch break, not one of them came outside to say that someone would be with me in a few minutes or after their break. No customer service.

Fantastic and only positive things to say. Super friendly and they made me feel completely comfortable in the work that was going to be done and everything came out exactly as they said. The estimate was spot on, they were flexible and understanding with my questions and even stayed a little late for me to pick up my car when I had to work late that day. Honestly, they took my poor crushed car and made it look better than ever. It was a pretty massive repair job (I thought the car was totaled) but youd never even know it was in an accident. Im very happy everything worked out perfectly.
