Took my prized Lexus here on a referral... and they butchered it. The owner "Kip" doesnt return phone calls. The body work is FAR below par... They repaired my radio and never even checked to see if it worked - had to argue with the owner to get him to take it back and fix it (he tried to get me to go buy my own replacement fuse!). Geico paid for an alignment, when I got it back, I had to make a sharp right turn, just to go straight! ...had to take it back for that, too ... and I bet u cant guess: the owner claimed he didnt need to make that repair, then when I proved I paid for it, he didnt wanna do it. Folks, Im pretty patient with people, but KIP at City Garage is hands-down the worst experience Ive had in customer service in 40 years on this planet. He simply does not give a s*it about you. (Sorry for the honest language.) One repair, four big mistakes 2 fixed grudgingly and two will remain a part of my Lexus. [wrong replacement wheel color match, terrible uneven body panel work - with big gaps along the fender.] *Radio, alignment fixed, after much arguing. ZERO stars.

My mom and I were in Columbia late one Friday evening eating dinner at California Dreaming. When we came out our vehicle wouldnt crank. After several failed attempts to even get towing companies to talk to us, I called City Garage. I didnt get the name of the man that helped us but he was angel sent. He came out even though he was already on his way home and helped us jump off our car. He didnt charge us anything and wouldnt even take what we tried to give him. By the time we got him to come out we had already tried to jump the car off unsuccessfully and had been turned down by several other companies. I was extremely pleased with the service we got from City Towing and would highly recommend them!!!!

James towed my handicapped Grandmothers car while it had a car pass in it, and then yelled at me over the phone and told me to shut up. I suggested a mistake must have been made, and he was totally unreasonable and rude. Immediately started yelling. I would not have minded paying had James towed the car under reasonable circumstances; unfortunately, he didnt. He did not take any pictures or document whether he saw a parking pass. James is one of the most unprofessional, rude men I have ever interacted with. Would not recommend his service.

City garage offers very prompt service. I called city garage to get a vehicle towed and they arrived within 5 minutes. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was very professional and nice. Thank you city garage for your quick response time. I would recommend city garage and I will definitely be using them for any of my future towing needs.

Had my vehicle towed to this location. Didnt get a chance to get my wallet out after the wreck I was in. Called the shop to get them to put it in a secure place. Then went to get it finding out it was in the driver seat with the doors unlocked, with the keys beside it. The whole time, thank God everything was in it!
