Most amazing service I have ever had at any auto shop. This place absolutely saved me after I had my first accident. I didnt have full coverage and had absolutely no idea how much repairs would cost. My car was not drivable and I only had a couple grand saved up. I did not want to pay for a tow car only to find out I did not have enough money for the repairs. After explaining my terrible situation to Fran she offered to look at some pictures of the damage. She gave me a very rough estimate but that was way more than any of the other places were even willing to do. When I finally got my car up to the shop they picked apart the internet to help find aftermarket parts for me. They spent at least an hour doing so and saving me hundreds of dollars. The entire time apologizing for the wait and treating me with the up most respect. Please stop by here if youre in a jam. They will do EVERYTHING in their power to help you out. They even have a UCF discount!

I checked out 8 different places before settling on the Metics. As soon as I walked in, Mike and Fran made me feel like family. I was reluctant to let anyone touch my new Dodge Ram, but they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. There were a couple of very tiny issues, which Mike INSISTED on making right. Everytime I stop in, they take the time to treat me like a guest rather than a customer. Further, I have spent some time watching them work, and am impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend The Metics and would not hesitate to send my friends and family for their paint and bodywork needs. A+!

The people here are very nice. From the person that answers the phone to the tech himself. Explain the whole process and was very patient when I didnt understand some of the stuff they were saying to me. Highly recommend for people who dont know anything about cars or be just looking for a friendly customer service auto body shop.

These guys are the real deal. I came to them with an insurance claim and they fought for the best repair for me and my car, not for the cheapest one that the insurance company tried to push on me. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness, and cost. I highly recommend them for any auto body work.

They were very rude as soon as I picked up the phone and even after I told them whats wrong they were still rude and told me to "look for someone else dude" worst service I have ever had to deal with before even dealing with them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

All these reviews look fake. probably written by the shop owners. car repair shops seem to be really bad about manipulating these online reviews. be very skeptical when reading these
