I have nothing but incredible things to say about Caliber Collision. After my very first car accident, I had no idea how to approach repairing my car. I looked online at reviews for different collision centers and saw how great the reviews for this place already were, so I decided this might be my best bet in the area. Caliber went above and beyond my expectations from the very beginning. They were not only some of the kindest people Ive done business with, but also some of the most honest and hardworking. Everyone from Megan at the front desk to Mary the manager did everything they could to make sure that I was up-to-date on what they were doing and when they thought my car would be ready. The day after I got my car back from Caliber, I was rear ended again. There was no doubt in my mind that I would be going right back to Caliber for the repairs. I had a time crunch for my car and they made sure I had it before I moved. I 100% recommend Caliber Collision. I have not a single negative thing to say about them.

I first went to the caliber collision in Lehigh Acres FL. They did a horrible job, giving my car with out realigning the frame and plugging in my left head light. Once I brought the car to the caliber collision in Oveido FL I was greeted by a friendly professional staff. They were able to fix what the other facility failed to do and did a great job anticipating my needs when unable to contacted. If I got into another accident I would definitely Coke back to this location. If you want to be treat like you matter I suggest speaking to Marry the Manager. She is awesome and approaches you with empathy. She makes you feel like your business is important to her.

Everyone at the Oviedo office was amazing! I wasnt in town when they finished my repairs, but Megan and Mary worked with me to allow a friend to pick up my vehicle. When I did get to drive my car, 3 months later, I saw a couple of problems that hadnt been fixed. Megan told me to bring my car in right away and they had the last two issues corrected within 48 business hours at no charge to me. They definitely live up to their customer service guarantee :)

Michael did an excellent job. My car was hit on the right side and both doors were damaged. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. The paint job was great, could not tell there was damaged. Michael kept me up to date everyday I did not have to worry. The job was finished on time. Thanks Michael , I will recommend Caliber Collision to fix you damaged car.

Friendly, Worry Free Environment! These guys and gals really know what their doing. They over deliver in quality, repair time, price, and convience. They did an excellent job, price was very reasonable for the damage done and they finished the repairs in less than a day when I dropped the car off for repairs in the morning. It took them about a week to get the parts which is completely within reason. Would go to them again if I ever have more car problems!
