Honestly one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been. Took my car in at 8 am to get an estimate for some accident damage and was told they would call me around 9-10 am with the quote. 11 am rolls around and no one has bothered to contact me so I try to call them with the number listed on google. I called 10 TIMES before someone answered the phone. The woman told me shed call me back in an hour with the quote. 1 PM hits and still no call. I call again another 8-9 times until someone answers. The man who answered said the quote must be ready and I told him Ive been waiting since 10 am for the quote and would like it now because I needed the car fixed ASAP. He said to me, and I quote "well Im all the way across the shop, do you want me to grow wings and fly to get your quote?" And then proceeded to yell at me and prevent me from talking. I was so shocked someone could be so rude to a PAYING customer. The price I finally got for the repairs was decent but I will not be taking my business there for the sheer fact of no customer service skills whatsoever. Be cautious coming here, its worth it to go somewhere a little more pricey for the right attitude and care for your vehicle.

I just had my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix painted here. I shopped around for a while before choosing East Colonial. Mike explained the entire process and showed me some recently painted cars. His price was very competitive considering everything he planned to do. While the car was being painted they did not cut corners. My car has a lot of plastic exterior molding. I knew some of the molding was dry rotted so I purchased replacement pieces for them to install. While they were disassembling the car they discovered the my entire rocker molding on both sides of the car were dry rotted. They immediately called me and explained the problem. I ordered new rocker molding. I am glad they told me i didnt know that part was plastic let alone rotted. Now all my plastic molding is new. My car looks great. They added metallic chips to the paint so the car sparkles.They also added pin striping at no extra cost.

I brought my 2008 sentra to be painted for some mild bumper and paint damage. I was really skeptical about taking my car anywhere but the dealer because i wanted a quality job done with the paint so it would match and last the lifetime the original would last. Once i found out what the dealer charged i decided to try a shop in the neighboorhood, i went in to talk to mike and he gave me a very fair quote that kept me from going broke and him from losing money. I picked up my car and it looks amazing he went above and beyond and make my whole car shiney and it looks like when i bought it off the showroom floor! I highly reccommend his work because he is honest and doesnt use the crappy paint like maaco he uses the good stuff!

DO NOT GO HERE Came in to get an estimate on a review mirror repair. Made a call first and the woman who answered the phone wasnt even paying attention to the call, and made it clear that she didnt want to answer my questions. I showed up anyway because I was desperate for help. At the shop no one was around and the one mechanic who was there literally walked by me and started heating up their lunch in front of me. I had to actually wave at him and ask if he was going to help me or not and the man acted as if I was a pest he was trying to get rid of. A true d***. Horrible service doesnt even cut it. How theyre even in business astounds me.

Dr. Daniel Warner was in a accident and took his car here. He had a great experience with the office staff and they were very accommodating. Mohindra was very professional and did a great job. I was on vacation and someone hit my car while parked at SeaWorld and left without reporting it. I stopped by to get an estimate on damage and these guys fixed my car as good as new in 4 hours. Super nice and great service and very honest. They really saved my vacation. I highly recommend them.
