First off, I want to say I went to this place with high hopes as I bought my truck from 1 off their dealerships. I scheduled to have my sons truck fixed here and it was a nightmare! I had a scheduled drop off date, but apparently they never put it in the system so 2 days later I get notified that they wont be able to get to it so I need to pick the vehicle up and schedule a new date with them. I did as they requested and was told someone would be in contact that day to schedule with me, no call. I call once a day for the next week, each time being told my vehicle is assigned to an adjuster and I can only speak with him to schedule a date. Also being told he will be in touch by the end of the day. After a week and a half off this I finally get a call at 7 or 8 p.m. (dont remember) letting me know I can be fit in, in roughly 2 weeks. Never got a follow up call to schedule an exact date! So I called Caliber Collison and had a date scheduled for a few days later and a week and a half later the trick was completely repaired and better than before my son was side swiped. Moral of the story is that AutoNation will never again have my business for anything and any chance I have to worn people of this company I will.

I will NEVER again go there, matter of fact i would sue them if i could! I was in a hit and run, My car was looked at by 2 different adjusters , both said my car was definally fixable and would take 5 days. On day 6 i went to check out the status of my car. Nothing had been done. While sitting there in the shop the price had gone up over 5k dollars and was now considered totaled.( apparently they said they found more damage) My insurance company payed back what i owed on the car and i received a whole $400 check towards my next car. When i talked to my insurance company they told me that it looked like "someone" had taken all the wires and pulled them straight out and cut them all exactly even. Basically they tried to scam Geico for more money but instead broke it to much to where its now costing more than the car is worth. So in the end everyone lost including myself. I def did not destroy my own car on purpose and the 2 adjusters agreed it was a simple fix. The car drove fine still so its not like this was a mistake. I read afterwards that these types of places are known for trying to scam insurance companies i guess i just got screwed in the process this time

Brought my car in for some minor body work on the rear quarter panel and the rear wheel. The panel turned out alright, but the rear bumper does not fit correctly. The rear wheel looked nice on the side they repaired, but the front wheel had the finish all messed up. The leather on the driver side had some white paint/primer/whatever that was not there when I gave them my vehicle. Additionally, when I dropped my car off, the tire pressure monitors were functioning perfectly. When I got it back, the tire pressure monitor system was not working. I brought this up and the response I was given was "thats something the BMW dealership will have to deal with, we wont do anything." BMW said the tire pressure monitor on the wheel they repaired was missing the antenna which caused the malfunction. $300 later BMW fixed the monitors they broke, my wheels finish is still mangled, and my passenger seat leather still has paint on it... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! What work they managed to do correctly was only ok. They do not care, they caused more damage to my car than the repairs they made, and have made no effort to make any of it right.

This place shouldnt be in business. For that matter, please dont give them yours. Our car was totaled and after talking to the insurance company, we received permission to remove an after market stereo and leave the original stock stereo. We were already upside down on our loan and owed $2700 to the bank (after settlement) so I wanted to recoup a few hundred bucks by keeping the stereo. However, the management wouldnt remove the stereo for us nor would they allow us to remove the stereo while the car was on their property. I had the insurance company call them... I offered to pay them to remove it and even offered to sign a release after they stated liability issues if they damaged it while removing it. Theyre supposed to be able to repair entire cars, yet they cant remove a stereo??? Needless to say we did not get to keep our stereo. Our only alternative was to tow the vehicle off their property, hire someone to remove it, and then get it to the salvage yard... which would probably cost more than the unit is worth. Either way, its poor form on their part and only made our situation worse. I will never use them again.

Everyone at AutoNation Collision Center in Oviedo is absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and provided fantastic customer service! Derick Pope was wonderful. He gave the estimate for repairs only a couple of hours after checking out my vehicle, kept me posted through the process, and called to let me know that my car had been finished two days earlier than expected. Working with State Farm to fix my Toyota after I was hit, they made the process completely painless. I would recommend them to anyone!

AutoNation Collison was very professional and did an amazing job with our Mini-Van- it looks like it never was in an accident. Buddy specifically worked with us- he was open and honest and fair. The work was done fast and the lady in the office (Im sorry I didnt catch her name) was SO nice. Sometimes people in the business hear the same story over and over but she was so personable and heard me out and just really made the whole experience great! Thank you and suggest AutoNation Collision to everyone

Ive taken my truck to this place twice. Neither time did I use them. Both times the staff was rude, arrogant, unfriendly and acted like I was bothering them. I have never seen such unprofessional employees in my life. I would rather drive around in a wrecked truck than to spend 1 penny there. If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would have picked that. I would strongly urge people to take their business elsewhere. This place sucks!!

Wed. August 30, 2017 @ 12:00 noon, we were able to pick our fixed vehicle. We must share about the professional and excellent manner on which AutoNation Collision Center (Oviedo) treated us. Specifically we must praise the help, guidance, expertise and follow-up of Fred Ellis, which was outstanding throughout the whole process. The vehicle was delivered before the due date agreed and the job finished to meticulous standards.

Thank you Denise and Don, who will forever be remembered as my "Christmas elves," for both the kindness and superior customer service. I am so grateful to you both and would recommend AutoNation Collision Center in Oviedo to anyone in need of car damage repairs. Although not a business I hope to visit often for obvious reasons, I know that if the need is there again in the future I have a great and trusted place to go.
