Very proffesional shop. Had a great experience there from start to finish. They helped me with my whole claim and handled everything for me. They kept me informed of the whole process and were very knowledgable, and friendly to talk to. I could not believe how nice my car looked after i picked it up. They told me it would look as good as new the day it was dropped off there but after seeing it after my accident i didnt see how it was possible to look new again. They did a amazing job. The owner personally looked over and inspected my car before they gave it to me. That really made me feel good as well as safe seeing her literally going over every panal and looking at it from every whichway. It was nice to see a owned and operated buisness that cared so much. They even detailed my car, i couldnt believe they took the time to clean it inside and out. I truly cant say enough about Deland Collision, from the professionalism, the caring, understanding, and just great quality of workmanship, I would absolutely go back here and without a doubt recommend anyone to go there.

The poor reviewer did not leave a name. I have been referred to this company by many people who all had a satisfying experience. I agree with Mr. Penansky regarding the meticulous attention to detail. The help with the insurance was appreciated too. We noticed a very slight variation and they corrected it at no charge. The office showed courtesy and concern. They expressed their intention to do a professional job and leave only satisfied customers. I had no problems during my multiple uses of this company. In fact, this is the only auto repair shop I would recommend.

I had my vehicle repaired at Deland Collision Center after an accident. I was not the one that picked my car up, but when I got home and saw the condition of my vehicle I was VERY impressed!!! Great job guys!!! My car looks better than before the accident! Thank you for making this such an easy stress free experience! You definitely have my business in the future. I hope I dont need Body work done again, but if I do, youre gonna be my only stop!

Dont ever bring your car here. These people lie about everything. They tell you, your car will be finished in a certain amount of time, and it never is. Not a reliable shop. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
