I had my wheel wells repaired and when they washed my truck they busted my mirror bracket cover off with the scrub wand. I wasnt told at first. I left after paying my bill to notice it missing lateron in the day. I called BC and talked to the owner. He informed me he was aware it was broke off and that they put it back on... The problem was it was broke. They just set it on until i left, so he could then give me problems with getting it fixed. He told me he doesnt feel he should have to buy me a whole new mirror for just breaking the cover... Im still trying to get it repaired and its been 2 months aalready. Never go to this shady guy. Hes disrespectful, unprofessional and very shady... go to First Time auto around the corner on Richmond Road near the tracks. Right next to Lake County Construction.

Took husbands truck to have drivers door hinges fixed/ replaced. Work was done when we went back in the afternoon. Very pleased with the work they did, and the friendly,polite owner. He took the time to show my husband the work they did etc. Definitely recommend this business!!

I would recommend B.C. Auto Body to anyone. They painted my El Camino eight years ago and my Camaro Three years ago. Both cars look just as good as they did the day I picked them up. I will definitely use Matt and B.C. Auto Body again in the future.
