After unfortunately being in a wreck that was beyond my control, my car was immediately sent to courtesy collision center so the damages could be documented and the insurance process could commence as soon as possible. All went smoothly as far as that was concerned. However, once repairs commenced it was nothing but troubles and nonsense from both the representative I was given and management. I was asked to be contacted every other day so they could update me on everything that was going on with my car. That, unfortunately never happened and just ended up with me contacting them instead. The problems dont stop there. When it came close to the time they said my car would be finished, they "guessed" the car would be done by the Friday before memorial day. Once Friday rolled around, and I still didnt receive a phone call, I proceeded to contact courtesy only for them to tell me that it "should" be done by Tuesday instead. As you could have guessed, its finally Tuesday and I still dont have my car. Unfortunately, it gets even uglier once I contacted them regarding my situation and the expectations I had regarding my car. I confronted them on giving me an honest answer on the latest my car would be finished, not a "guess" or a "probably", I wanted "your car will be finished on ____". I was promptly transferred without warning to a manager once my tone of voice changed with my representative. Once again, already frustrated, I voiced my expectations and concerns to the manager who lashed out at me for his hypocritical statement of "stop interrupting me" when in fact I was the one who had been interrupted before I could even voice my complete concern. Yes, I let a smart comment slip out of my mouth but that does not justify him telling me to grow up and have an adult call him instead and then proceeding to hang up on me. Let me clarify what I just said, the MANAGER hung up on me after he didnt know how to handle the situation and made snobby comment. I just hope that the unprofessional atmosphere and management skills arent a direct reflection on their ability to fix my car that I yet to receive. Just to clarify as well, I am 21 years old, majoring in mechanical engineering at the university of central Florida, so there is absolutely no way reason why I could not be treated like an adult by especially someone in the management position. Iv said all I can say so others can make a reasonable judgment about courtesys service.

Was in a front end collision on Thursday, April 21. I have USAA for my insurance, so I got a tow truck out there and they took it to AutoNation that night. I know they are closed weekends but I did not hear back from them until April 28 which is when they told me that they would have my car put back together and cleaned by Tuesday, May 3. Well I didnt hear from them so Wednesday I called and they said that the headlights they were sent were "after factory models" which meant they had to order new headlights. I was told that my car would be done by Thursday night or the earliest Friday morning. So I was just accepting of it. Well Thursday around 4pm I called and asked about it and the representative had no clue where my car was in the process so he said give me 10 minutes to call you back and didnt hear back for 40 minutes. The representative said that while doing his inspection he noticed a chip in the paint in my bumper and they would have to send it back to paint to get it fixed and would be ready by Monday morning which I dont understand how that can take more than a whole day to fix. Then Monday, May 9, 18 days after my accident, rolled around and I had the day off from work and I awaited their call. I fell asleep for a nap around 12 and woke up at 4 which is when i called again and the representative told me that it still hadnt gone to detailing/cleaning and that it would be ready by lunch time Tuesday (today). Well no call from them and I had work today. I was able to get off early just to get my car. So I called them and the representative answered that has been dealing with my car and he said "I was just looking for an update on it myself". Oh come on, I work in the service industry I know when you have no idea what is going on in your own establishment and youre making up excuses. But he told me it would be ready around 4:30pm. Which was fine as I had a 45 minute drive home. Well, its 5:05pm right now and I have not had a call from them. They have horrible customer service. It wouldnt cost so much for labor if they actually did their job in a timely manner. Not picking them for my services in the future.

I had a horrible experience here. So bad that it leaves a bad taste in my thinking of this place . It started off amazing but ended a nightmare. The day I dropped my car off I was able to get in a rental the same day thanks to Johnnie. Johnnie would call and give me updates on my car periodically during the 45 days that autonation had my car. When I was told my car was ready by Bryan I went to drop my rental off and pick my car up. When driving off the lot I noticed my air bag light kept flashing so I turned around and took my car back to AutoNation so they could address the airbag issue. After waiting 15min I was told that the mechanics forgot to put an airbag in my car and I would have to get put in another rental. I was furious. How do u have my car 45 days and forgot one of the most important parts? It was an inconvenience for me because then I had to reschedule plans i made that day , which was a Friday . A mechanic there drove me to Hertz rental car . When I got there, while I was waiting to be taken care of, I called Autonation to make sure my information was sent over. I was told the mechanic dropped me off at the wrong place and that my rental was waiting for me at Enterprise! The mechanic had already left me! They had to call him to tell him to go back to get me and take me to Enterprise. It was horrible and it was raining!! Worst experience ever. And they forgot to put a bulb in my left brake light but Im so over this place Ill just change it myself!

I almost forgot to let anyone know how much this place sucks. When I let State Farm take my BMW to this location for repair, I opted for its proximity to my address. But I failed to google them out and check their rating. If I did so, I would have save myself from such an unpleasant experience. Usually I avoid any business whose rating is below 4*. My car was picked up early morning, received a call from Steeve who started playing detective with me. I explain to him how the accident happened. Blatantly the man suggested that I was lying and that the damages were inconsistent with my story. I was mortified because I never heard of a car being repaired according to the story rather than the damages. When I informed him the next day that I would be going with a different repair shop, he did not express any regret for losing business(as a courtesy, you always informed your client that you are sorry that you wont be able to serve and that you wish them luck in finding a reputable service somewhere else.) He asked me to remove my car right away or he will starts charging me storage fee. When the tow truck picked up my car they didnt even give him the key. I had to pay 23$ for express shipping to get the key to my new repair shop. After an accident, the last thing one need is some angry guy that make you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and disrespected. Matter of fact, Auto Nation has lost any car buying or car repair that I may have in the future.
