I had a fairly simple suspension repair to be done and I had to bring my car back TWO times and they still didnt fully fix it, I ended up taking care of the rest by myself. The first time I got the car back they didnt even fully tighten the rear left cross member which caused a nasty rattle while driving. In laymens terms they had me riding on loose suspension. Even after pointing out the obviously not screwed in all the way bolt head they swore it was something else and returned the car to me again not even fixing the problem. The third time I got the car back the alignment was still off and I had to take it somewhere else because they claimed it was fine. The service reps are mediocre as well, they charged me for the wrong part and I have to go back and give them more money because they couldnt do the estimate right the first time. Would not go back or recommend Im response to the owner: I doubt you guys care, and no one ever reached out. Not surprised, just want to make sure anyone reading this review gets the right impression.

My experience was terrible and that is an understatement. The customer service was horrible. I had set up an appointment to have my car fixed a week in advance. They called me the morning of to say that something hadnt been approved through the insurance and that someone would follow up with me later that day. I never heard from anyone. Called the next day, was given a different story that some of the parts were backordered and they were trying to find used parts. I stated I did not want used parts as my car is a 2014. They responded that they werent sure when they would be able to obtain the parts. And never heard from anyone again. I can see they didnt want my business and thats fine. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it perfectly WITH NEW PARTS THAT WERE NOT BACKORDERED ACCORDING TO THE DEALER.

I took my car to have the bumper and tail light fixed after somebody rear ended me. I went there on a Friday but they told me I had to drop the car off the following week. Since I had a rental through the insurance company I didnt mind. I dropped off the car the following Tuesday. The staff was friendly and helpful. I pointed out to them where the damage was. They called me on Wednesday and told me the car was ready. When I got there, they had done a good repair job on the bumper but the tail light wasnt fixed. The guy looked surprised and told me that they "didnt see the damage" ... smh. I had to leave the car for another day so that they could replace the tail light. UPDATE: I picked up the car today and the tail light was replaced. They also vacuumed the interior and also polished my wheels.

I got into a minor fender bender bout 2 months ago... My insurance company recommended them and they were able to take my car in right away. Angel was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process... updating me every day getting me a rental car etc... My car was finished in 3 days and they did a great job. Even touched up a scratch I found on the back of my car not related to the accident. Angel thanks so much for your help!

Awesome Customer service! Stephen C. was professional, helpful and kept me informed in a most timely manner with the repairs progress. He took the time to explain the repair process that gave me peace of mind.. I must say that when you make a call for assistance they get you to the right department with little or no wait. I was impressed! I am very pleased that I had Service King repair my car!

Absolutely terrible! Avoid this place like the plague! They have very friendly customer service staff but the technicians do terrible work. They try to cut as many corners as possible, dont fully inspect the cars, and they take forever to complete repairs. If you value your time and your car, go someplace else, they dont really care about their work.

I went through this facility when a biker hit my car and I filed a claim. The customer service was fantastic. Stephen C. was extremely kind and helpful. More so than any auto repair facility Ive been to. Highly recommend them. My car repairs havent even begun, but I had to leave a review. The customer service is just that great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the work done on the car was just OK. The front bumper did not fit 100%, and it was clear they did there best to shoehorn it into place. The staff even said so when I pointed it out. All the other work done on the car was great though.
