*Update* 11/21/2016* Took my moms car in for a bumper repair since some coward backed into her and took off. Wanted it to be a nice birthday present, and I wasnt disappointed. Car was back to brand new, and they even repaired a hideous dent on a completely different panel and repainted it on the house! Again, customer service like this is so difficult to find, and I will continue to send referrals this way. Heck, if anyone hits my car or truck, itll be worth it for me to take a cross country drive/ship it from Las Vegas to get it repaired here. Ive been proven right in that I dont trust any other company around here to get it done properly, and on time. - Just picked up my car from Orlando Auto Body, and it looks great! Cant even tell it was in an accident. The paint was color matched perfect, and they even washed it before I picked it up. Seeing as I was making a claim through another insurance company (their drivers fault), it was quite a nightmare of coordinating a rental car, getting it to the shop, and getting these guys paid. However, they helped me out the whole way, and took care of the supplement that had to be sent to the insurance agency. Had I gone through my own insurance, it would have been days faster, but I would be out my $500 deductible for quite a while. I have no intention of getting into another accident (even not at fault, this is a logistical nightmare!), but should I need some body work/paint scratches/dings repaired I would return here in a heartbeat, and send any referrals their way. Great customer service, and high quality work.

In early June 2016 my wife was hit from behind in her Lexus forcing her into another car in front of her. GEICO wanted to send it to a shop that was well overbooked, and their alternate location was in Altamonte which is way too far away from us. Based on reviews here on Google we had them bring it to Orlando Auto Body. We worked with Ron who was fantastic, he communicated clearly and openly about the process, working with the insurance etc. He assured me they used OEM parts wherever possible and went out of his way to make my wife and I very comfortable with the situation and well informed. The shop itself is clean and well organized and all around a professional and impressive operation. When we got the car back everything looked great but there was some mild texturization in the paint on one of the doors that was repaired (so mild it was very difficult for my wife and several others to perceive, Im a bit of a perfectionist) which I pointed out to Ron. He was happy to correct it, even though we were leaving for vacation and would not be able to bring it back to him for a week. When we did return it to him, he had it back to us within 24 hours and it was absolutely flawless. I would highly recommend Orlando Auto Body/Ron to anyone in need of a body shop, and will absolutely return if I ever need too. Rons exceptional customer service, communication and professionalism truly put us at ease. Thanks Ron for keeping my wife happy by treating her baby so well!

I went here and Db Orlando Collision Center for an estimate since both had numerous 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, the two were not at all comparable. Db was professional and respectful while here I did not feel that way. I was treated rudely and told that I was wrong about my own vehicle and situation, my car should have been totaled and should still be totaled, it was my fault that my car wasnt fixed properly, and throughout the estimate he cussed several times. As a customer, I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, payment information with customers credit card numbers displayed was laying openly on the main counter. When making the estimate he made it seem like it was a chore to fix my car, isnt this what body shops do to make a living? At any rate, Db Orlando Collision Center was over $1,000 cheaper for the same exact work to be done and was far more professional, had much better facilities, treated me with far more respect, and offered a much better quality product for my money. In summation, Db lived up to their 5 star rating, while Orlando Auto Body did not. I would not go back here, and would not recommend it to a friend. I am sorry to leave such a negative review, but it is clearly justified and I feel that others should know about my experience as a first time customer being that all other reviews on google are 5 stars.

When I saw all of these 5 star reviews, I thought either of two things happened: these people spend way too much time/money writing these fake reviews, or they are legitimate. I was in a serious bind, and needed some real help. With no where else to go, I decided to go for it. These guys were so understanding of my serious situation, and literally told me if they didnt help me no one else would. I wouldve been in real trouble (long, complicated story) but these guys really saved me. This was a fairly serious fix that they did for pretty much no profit, just to help me out. Several other shops had quoted me thousands of dollars above what they charged me, and wouldnt help me out with what I had. These guys made it work for me and got me up and running again in no time. I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am for these dudes. They helped me out when no one else would, and did it out of the bottom of their hearts. If you need work done on your car, dont even hesitate. These guys are top notch, real quality work done for an amazing price. They went out of their way, above and beyond the call of duty, which is absolutely none they had no obligation to help me out. But they did, and I am forever grateful.

These guys were so helpful. I was rear-ended about a month ago and I googled body shops in the area and saw they had good reviews, so I went there for an estimate. They were straightforward. I had never been in an accident before, so theyve been very helpful in working everything out with the insurance company. It took a while before I was finally able to get my car in there to be repaired, but it was because the insurance company of the person who hit me wasnt cooperating, not because of Brad and the other people who work there. The insurance company was supposed to provide a rental car to me but they didnt, so Brad even loaned me a courtesy car they had. They had my car fixed up by the next day and I didnt have to pay anything. Theyre still working everything out with the insurance company, but they saved me so much time and frustration. I will definitely come back here if I ever need body work on my car again.

Recently someone ran into me on the highway and did significant damage to the side of my truck. Orlando Auto Body came up in a Google search and they had received excellent reviews. I met with Ron before meeting with the other partys insurance adjuster. Ron was very personable, appeared knowledgeable, and took his time to explain what it would take to perform the needed repairs. Once I received the check from the insurance I dropped my truck off at Orlando Auto Body, and let me tell you, Ron and Brad live up to their reputation. Even with an insurance company playing difficult to deal with they responded promptly to my inquiries, contacted me to pick out new running boards for the insurance covered amount, and did a great job fixing up my truck without any out of pocket expenses. I would recommend Orlando Auto Body to my family and friends. Thanks guys
