Heres my story. I had gotten into an auto accident, and I had no idea where to begin. I got onto Google when the insurance company provided me with participating collision centers. Ace Paint and Body was one of the first ones I ran into, and the only one I ended up checking out. The insurance stress was worked out immediately and seamlessly. Once I was greeted and educated by friendly staff, I was sold. My car was in the shop for 2 days, and I picked it up on day 3. My car looks good as new. To top off the wonderful service, I was also picked up at my residence when my car was ready because I obviously didnt have my own ride there. Sam also came to my apartment complex parking lot a couple days later, in the rain, to replace the emblem on the front grill because the part had not been shipped in time. If thats not dedication, I dont know what is! I was very pleased with the service both customer and mechanical. I recommend it to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

After obtaining an estimate from a well known "corporate" repair shop, their estimate put the amount to a level to "total" my vehicle. Totalled for a bent rear fender and bumper!! I wanted a second opinion and Ace Paint came highly recommended. ..so I brought my vehicle to them. Not only did their estimate come in under the threshold to total it, they came in at about half the number of things to replace, but half the original estimate. Thats not all...they replaced a rear shock that was leaking...the original estimate missed that. The work they performed was perfect...from the repaired fender to the matching paint, perfect. If I ever need a repair shop again, Ace will get my business. Ask for Sam or Rick...you wont be disappointed.

My car got a nice dent from another car in a parking garage. Fortunately, the people left their info and through their State Farm, they recommended I go to Ace Paint & Body. I had another estimate prior to going to Ace that was $500 more expensive. I brought my car to Ace, they gave me the estimate, and the day/ time that the car would be finished. The car was finished on time, and looked better than ever. They even cleaned the inside of the car so it was actually in much better condition than I left with them. These guys are great, and I definitely recommend this auto body service to anyone looking for a job well done.

My Mazda 3 Hatchback was severely damaged in the back trunk door. Unfortunately, most of the quotes to fix my car were not very promising. A friend of mine recommended Ace Paint & Body Works. I was able to set up an appointment, get a quote, get my car in and fixed within less than three days. My car is flawless and the paint job looks like it is straight from the manufacture. The customer service I received at Ace Paint & Body Works was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their car fixed.

Phenomenal job they did on replacing my Camrys bumper and at the best price too. This made me come back to them to get a car I was considering as a purchase inspected. They saved me a great headache....the car I had them look at was not a good buy. They took the time to show me all the details. Very thorough and they would not take a dime for the inspection...absolutely free. Also, my daughter took her car there to have front end damage fixed. They treated her with great respect and she too is happy.

My car got hit by an apartment gate. I then started searching body shop online, and I found Ace through Google. I was worried if they didnt do a good job or anything, but I was wrong. The Father and son team was excellent. My car was not perfectly fixed at the first time since there was still a scratch on the body, but they fixed it for me with no questions asked. They even gave me a ride home and back to the shop. Great customer service and communication. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Ace Paint & Body does great work! My family have taken our cars to this shop for many years, especially while our children were teens and young adults, who have been in a number of auto accidents, as would be expected. I have appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of Mr. "Sam" and his son, as having a collision is a stressful experience. Their shop has consistently restored my vehicles to excellent condition in a timely manner. They also work well with your insurance company.

This was my third place to get an estimate for my long overdue bumper replacement. The price was very fair and basically the same as everywhere else (if anything a little less). They explained exactly what I needed and didnt need and even tried hard to get aftermarket parts that I requested. The main reason I selected these folks were their attire (professional) and the fact i felt as though i could trust them. Very happy with the end results! I can now valet my car again :)

I took my 06 Honda Accord to Ace Paint & Body Works in between October and November to fix my bumper and a couple of dents due to an accident a few months prior. Sam, the owner of the shop was very knowledgeable and had Ricky take care of getting the estimate, scheduling the repair driving me to the right car rental place. They were patient, direct and helpful. I was pleased with their services and would recommend them without reservation.

Let me say, that I am a VERY picky guy. We own 7-8 cars because we love cars! My sons 2012 BMW incurred a boo boo. Not living in the Orlando area, I was a bit panicked. I did some research, called a few places, looked at the BMW fan boards, and boom, rolled the dice with Ace. Fixed in less that 3 full days, perfect paint, perfect gaps, just really darn good. I chose Ace Paint and Body Works, because I saw the great work they did on my mothers car. The repair returned her car to as good as new. I couldnt even tell her car had been in an accident. So, when my van needed to be repaired Ace was the first place I took it to get an estimate. When I picked it up I was not disappointed. My van looked beautiful, they went above and beyond. Sam and Ricky know how to do customer service right. I had a friend who took his car here to get work done. Although they had a minor descrepancy they really knew how to do customer service right and guarantee/warranty satisfaction. This is they type of business I reccomend my friends too. If you need paint or autbody work. Ace Paint and Body is the place to go. Thanks for the great service guys

I can say from the minute I called them they were very polite, took my vehicle right in, ordered the parts, fixed my vehicle and were finished before time expected to be done.
