My car needed a minor carriage repair due to a curb incident. When I picked up the car, they did not properly remove the dent and also did not fill it. It appeared to look correct since they painted right over it. However, it was not done correctly yet, it passed the inspection of the estimator and they called me to release the car. When I picked it up and brought this to their attention, they agreed the repair was not done correctly and redid the job. Unfortunately, that left me out of a car for an additional 4 days. I paid out of pocket as I did not claim this to my insurance and I was very disappointed that for their error, they did not even try to rectify the situation by making an adjustment to the repair cost.

I brought my car to this place because my insurance recommended them. It turns out after my experience with them my insurance took them off the list and are not recommending them anymore. They use poor quality parts and they lie to you and say it looks just like new which clearly it did not. I was hit in the back so I needed to replace my rear bumper the front bumper is shiny crown the back bumper that they put on was brushed chrome. After arguing with them I finally got my car back a week later and got a refurbished bumper but 2 days later I had to replace my engine and I have a feeling they did something to it. If youre smart dont use them you someone else.

Terrible experience. Car was brought in and not even looked at for a week and then it took them two months to do the repairs returned the car dirty and smelly on the interior. Didnt even have the decency to detail it for sitting in their shop for two months. Communication was horrible told several times that car would be ready and we showed up to pick it up and then was told that oh another part needs to be ordered. Do not use them! If possible I would give a negative thousand star rating. Treated me very poorly.

Gerber has been very understanding as to why my car has just been sitting in their yard. Insurance has been dragging their feet. They let me drive right back to my car to pull out my personal items. Everyone was very friendly. Robert has been handling their end of the claim with statefarm and even emailed out the estimate a bit after closing. Very dedicated to finishing their side of the job.

This place is a joke. I received an estimate for repairs that was way out of line. Surprising because I think they use mostly aftermarket parts and low quality cheap paint. Estimator was rude and did not seem very knowledgeable. I would take your business elsewhere. Dont waste your time.
