I cannot describe how bad the service is at this place! I called first just to ask what time they were open till and to get an estimate and the guy in the office was real short and firm did not ask any questions and hung up on me before I could even finish talking. I took it by the next day and the same guy was working. He clearly had no desire to work and you can tell he hated his job. He came out to look at my car and asked if I had contacted my insurance. I said yes and he made copies of my documents. While looking at my car he stated there was going to be more charges because there was more damages on my vehicle than what the vehicle inspector had written which ended up being a complete LIE! I ended up getting a second opinion which I am glad I did and found out that the guy at Excel was trying to rip both me and my insurance company off to get more money! The other body shop I went to was EXCELLENT and EXCELLED in customer service and told me some body shops like to take advantage of people to take every penny out of them! I would not recommend Excel under any circumstances. They do not know how to do there job. All they care about is all the money they can take from you and your insurance.

The team at Excel Autobody in Longwood, FL provides high quality work and outstanding customer service. Their prices are fair and they help customers with a high of professionalism. They have helped me out two times with two different repairs in the past few months. I liked their work so well the first time, they were the first place I called when I needed another repair done right. They provided a quick estimate that was a very affordable price. There was no need to get estimates from any other places. They completed the work with outstanding quality sooner than expected. Ill be using this company as my top auto body shop.

My insurance company suggested these guys. I dropped off my car for a simple estimate and damage inspection. They took 2 days for what should have taken 30min and sent a bill to my insurance company for $198 for an inspection. To be honest, Im not sure how great their collision and bodywork is but, my initial experience definitely caused me to go find a second and less expensive opinion. Id even pay more for the body work to avoid that kind of service, time waste, and "hidden" costs.

My experience with Excel Auto Body was outstanding! I had a minor accident and my insurance company recommended I take my truck there for repairs. I dropped it off the following week and they got it back to me a day earlier than originally expected. The repairs were amazing and I couldnt even tell that it had been repaired. They even washed and vacuumed out my whole truck. Great work guys. Ill definetly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Randy went above and beyond to work through the holidays and make sure I got my car back as soon as possible. It looks amazing. like nothing happened to it and I am very grateful. I had some rust repaired on my vehicle. When I got it back I was so pleasantly surprised how immaculately clean my ENTIRE truck was. The staff was friendly, the work done was impeccable and the repairs were completed 1 day early. Integrity, honesty and well priced. Excellent value and job well done.

Amazing customer service. They provided an affordable accurate estimate, took minimal time, and did an exceptional job. When I went to pick up my car, they had detailed it for me. They were incredibly friendly, professional and polite.

This the most horrible collision repair in central fl..they did such a crap job ..take youre car anywhere else . Bad customer service. .unfriendly people should not do business with them at all run.
