I wouldnt suggest anyone take their vehicle to this shop, they are simply looking to make money and they do not care who they rip off to do so! My family and I were on vacation this past weekend visiting family, our check engine light came on 2 days before we had to leave making a 10 hour drive with 5 children, we brought our van here for a diagnostics check, at which time my husband explained everything going on and what we thought the problem was (as he has experience working on vehicles) but wanted to be 100% certain before putting our family in the car for such a long trip. We were told that our transmission was shot, and we needed to have it rebuilt costing us $1100, when asked how they came to that conclusion they couldnt tell us any new information. We paid $60 to find out all the same information we already told them when we dropped the van off. Took it to another transmission shop that informed us that our transmission was indeed GOOD and it was the tcm (which is what my husband had told them he thought it was to begin with) He was able to get the part for $40 and change it himself. The van ran perfectly fine and got us home with no problems!! Either they are not very educated when it comes to working on vehicles or they try to take advantage of people by telling them theres more wrong than what really is!!! I wouldnt ever go back but if you do go I would suggest with out a doubt a second opinion!!!!

I trusted the location listed above with my custom built car and they scratched my driver quarter panel as well as staining my paint with brake fluid. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they are attempting to fix my problems. I was told to drive 40 minutes away to get a quote from someone I do not know. My car was painted 3 weeks prior to all of this at a shop in Debary, I was told to get a quote from the shop to fix the gash on my car and when given the quote Jose said he did not agree with this and then continued to criticize my paint job stating that it looked like "a maaco paint job and had imperfections" I pay very close attention to my car I am well aware of what was on my car before it was dropped off. As all of this was being discussed two other employees proceeded to talk bad about my car while I stood there and listened. Absolutely unprofessional and never again will I return. Also, my car was originally there to replace 2 brake lines underneath the car, I got my car home and now my fuel lines are leaking. but hey no big deal right because at least my car stops. I will be in contact with corporate and this will be taken care of.

I brought my Elantra here after the dealership tried to charge me $180 just to LOOK at my malfunctioning AC. They charged $90 for diagnostics, and it was $500 to replace, including parts, labor, an oil change and an alignment. Ive been a return customer ever since. They provide the option for a student discount, which is super helpful, and they dont treat me like Im stupid because Im a woman. Theyre respectful and helpful, and they answer my questions honestly. Theyve put my poor car back together twice now, after my serpentine belt shredded and my hood flew off, and theyve done an excellent job at a fair price each time. I only give 4 stars because I have had some communication problems, like wanting my car back same day, and them thinking I wanted it back til the next day, but they stayed after close and finished it up for me to make up for the miscommunication.

Wow, I dont know what Id do without Expert Car Care in Deltona. When taking care of my cars Id really like to deal with people who will give me the truth and not BS around with me. Not only did Jose and his crew take care of my car (when I once felt it was on its last leg, and they completely made it run smooth again with new tires, breaks and and engine time up), but I also brought back my truck for some regular maintenance. Im also able to bring my work truck in here for my business needs. Im so very happy to have been referred and introduced to Jose and Expert Car Care. This is a small shop, but quite knowledgeable in all areas of vehicles. Youd be so lucky to receive such great service. I didnt even get this type of service at a dealership. Thanks again Jose and crew.

Unfortunately there is no negative star to choose from. One star is too much for this place. They are nonprofessionals, they do not know what they are doing at all. We took our van there and not only they have the vehicle for one month, the vehicle is with exactly the same issue. All the time that they have the vehicle there they never call we have to call them to find out what was going on. Beside that the "manager" Jose is disrespectful and lack of acknowledgement. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWFUL. They call you to get your survey and opinion for the service and when you inform them about the issues they never get back to you.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! Is SCAM, a FRAUD!

Have a 1994 BMW 318is that I took to them for a 4 wheel alignment. I specifically asked them on the phone beforehand if they can do these. I was told yes. When they were done I was told they did the best they could. Took it to another place and what do you know, THEY NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO ADJUST THE REAR WHEELS. Very disappointed. I usually do my own work but alignments are just beyond my scope of tools and apparently theirs as well. And this is the very reason I do my own work. I try to support smaller businesses, but its hard when stuff like this continues to happen. Expert Car Care, get your act together. I for one will never use you again for anything.

First of all i dont usually take time to write reviews but this place deserves it!!! I have been to serveral shops and i am always treated like a stupid blonde! These guys at expert car care (Jose, Travis and crew) have been the most honest respectful and understand individual i have ever experienced at a auto repair place!!! They have amazing customer service skills and dont overcharge you for stuff you dont need! The facilities are clean and it makes it easier to wait (and they are very efficient) while your car gets fixed. If you go somewhere else in the deltona area your wasting money and time! I wouldnt go anywhere else now!

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. This place is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I was told my diagnosis would be free, they charged me over $100 for it. They told me it would cost $1,500 to fix my car and that they could only find a used part so there would be no guarantee on anything. I took it to another shop and got it fixed for $170 with a 3 year warranty. This place left my car a wreck, tore up my back seat, left trash in my car, and muddy footprints all over my floor. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!
