They offered me a better price than the body shops around town, and Ive heard nothing but good things from them. So I chose them to fix the damage on my passenger door. I had 2 dents that needed to be fixed, a new window, and the passenger door repainted. They said it would be ready it 3 days. Day 3 came and they said it was ready. I knew it wouldnt be perfect so when I got the car back I could still see where the dents were and all the sanding swirls. But this is the first repair job Ive seen. I thought it was normal. I took it home and immediately knew the window was not correct as I could hear the wind blowing through it. Anyway, I took it home and my dad who used to do body work took a look at it. Said it looked horrible and needed to be repaired again. Which I agreed once I knew it shouldnt look like that. We called them up and they said bring it in Friday. Which was 9 days later. No problem. Bring it back. Manager came out and took a look. Said "Thats no problem. Thatll be a quick fix." So if the original repair took really two days as I got called the morning of day 3. I assume okay, Ill have it back on day 2 as he said itll be a "quick job". I dropped it off on a Friday. Got it back the Thursday- so 7 days to refix it. That tells me they rushed the first time. My dad came with me to pick it. He didnt look at the car, closed his eyes and ran his fingers down the side of my car. He put his hand right were the dents were and asked me if that is where they were. I said yes. He said he could feel them and didnt even look at the car. My car is black as a disclaimer. So we do the whole stand back, look at with the light at different angles. We could still see the dents. It looked way better though. No swirls and they said they fixed my window. We go inside and tell them it still isnt right. Everyone comes out. The manager, the owner, the "salesman" a body man, the head bodyman. They kept saying it looked fine. They hired a quality control man just for this job and he approved of it. Kept telling us it wont look any better than that. They were just really rude about it. Eventually the head bodyman/manager said he would personally work on it. Which in my opinion wouldnt have been said if it truly wouldnt have been better and if it still didnt look bad as they said. This was a Thursday. I got it back the following Saturday. The car looked awesome. Couldnt tell where the dents were. Cant feel them nothing, it was perfect. I walk inside to get my keys. The guy didnt say hello, didnt apologize for the inconvenience, didnt ask how it looked, didnt offer any refunds(not that I needed it), nothing. I walked up to the counter. He looked up at me. I said Im here for my car. He literally handed me my keys without saying a word and that was it. This was my first time driving it since they adjusted the window after it wasnt correct. The speed limit to my house from the place is 40, I went 45. Sounded great. On my ride to work, the speed limit is 50, I go 55. I can hear the wind blowing in. The factory window never did it, and my driver window doesnt. So they dont have the height adjusted correctly. Luckily no water has come in yet. But because of the way I was treated when I picked up my car the last time, I decided I wasnt going to take it back there. If I cant live with it, i will adjust it myself. But the actually body work finally looks great. Just the way it was handled was awful, and how they said it looked fine. Yet they worked on it for a third time, and it came out perfect.

I never like leaving bad reviews but this company did some insurance work for me that I was un-happy with. They painted a fender but never put back on the OEM logo. They replace a rocker panel and did not bolt it back into the rear inner wheel well. All they had to do was compare to the other side of the car and see what is "right" but they failed to do that. Additionally I had some aftermarket vinyl that the insurance company would cover, and the car was delivered back to me with missing stripes because it wasnt OEM without even a phone call about the subject. Here I am reading reviews for body work looking for a new shop and wanted to put down why Im not bringing my car back here for the work I need done now.

My car was involved in a parking lot accident and the other driver was at fault. I had her insurance fix my car at one of their body shops and Shamrock is where it was sent. I have to be honest I have had horrible experiences with body shops in the past and I am always expecting the worse (since that is what has always happened). I am so excited to be able to write a review that deserves more stars than are available. I am probably everyones worst nightmare when it comes to my car and Shamrock Body Shop has done the unexpected and made me so happy my car was fixed there. I thank you so very much for an excellent job!

I found the shop on line and called .. The gentlemen was very polite and informative on the phone so I stopped in for estimate. Joe said "if you have a few minutes i will secure your loose bumper i waited and when he brought my car back he not only fixed the bumper but also took a dent out of it as well. It is difficult to find that kind of service these days Just wanted you to know how impressed I was with Joe and Shamrock Autos I would highly recommend your body shop and if I ever need body work for my car i will use your shop thank you for adding a bit of sunshine to my day,

I had just went to Shamrock to get an idea about the cost to fix my 2009 Hyundai which another woman had run into us. I explained the accident to Joey, and he ask me to go get the police report, after I got back he looked at it and like right now got hold of Progressive and told them about it, got the ok and took my car in right then and got me fixed up with a rental and was on my way. Never in my life have I ever been treated so nice. Now got my car back and looks like new, would really recommend them very highly. Was treated like a king WOW, thanks Joey.

Do not bring your car here if you actually need it. Had my truck here for a month and got it back, still not fixed right. Staff if very friendly, but, it takes too long and alot of the mechanics are young.
