Please make sure you ask all questions, before you leave your car on their property. The story is I was in a car accident and I wasnt at fault, but I was having the most difficult time trying to get things resolved with the person that hit me. Once AAA arrived to take my car to my personal mechanic the AAA driver requested and strongly recommended I allow him to take my car to Maitland Auto Body, because they were AAA certified. After much convincing I allowed him to take it there. I was promised by the tow man as well as Maitland Auto Body that they provided "FREE ESTIMATES"! However, later to my surprise I was informed there was a $30.00 storage fee plus tax at the entrance of the car into their garage. When I explained to the lady who answered the phone how disappointed I was for not being informed after repeatedly asking if there were any fees; she laughed and said well we also charge a $250 admin fee, but we didnt charge you that today. Never did I receive an apology or any empathy. Customer service is key and unfortunately in todays society people lack those skills tremendously. Often people forget without customers they would not be working, because they would not have anyone to serve. Did I forget to mention they called me a hour before they closed and stated there would be an overnight fee if I didnt get out by close of business? Meaning they only allowed me less than a hour to get a tow truck back out to their facility per my car was not driveable!!!

I didnt take heed to the warnings from others below assuming they just had a bad experience themselves..... but these people are sketchy, they seem nice when you meet them and love to flaunt the AAA certified but make sure you ask ALL the questions BEFORE you leave your car with them..... ..They take advantage of car accident victims and if they like your car they will try to get you to just hand over the title. After the owner said "they dont make parts for this car, the parts they do have will take too long to get in, you also wont be able to get much money scrapping it if anything.... but call me back" After my bad experience i asked around and found a person who went to my same university who had the same situation. They like to take advantage of people, i sent a report to AAA and if this happens to many other people there should be something submitted to the BBB. really surprised with this whole situation...

AVOID THIS PLACE. Several issues with service, delay after delay, several wasted trips to pick up my car to find out the same issues were not fixed. This shop took so long that the insurance company paying for the repair and rental decided to stop paying for the rental because they felt the shop took too long. This left me with a $600 bill with enterprise which the owner of the shop Carlos refused to pay. Owner was never around to speak and hid behind the phone and after weeks of haggling back and forth he paid part of it and still left me with a balance. This place was atrocious in this particular transaction and it really took them a lot of effort to try and make it right and in the end the owner still didnt come through.

They did and excellent job. I just had my Buick with some body damages to the 1/4 panel and the paint has metallic in it and is black so not an easy job. I have very high expectations when taking my vehicles to be repaired by someone besides my preferred dealership, I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed the paint is a perfect match didnt see any flaws and the price to repair it was more than fair. Thanks for the service and Ill recommend others!

I was referred here because I wanted to get new emblems placed on my car. I called explained my situation, and that I had about an hour that day, they said if you can make it well give it a look. I walked in, handed Jennifer the key, and literally made one phone call outside for 20 minutes and upon ending the call my car came around the corner with the new emblems on it. They work very quickly and efficiently. I would go back and would recommend to a friend.

They gave me pricing options before working on my car, kept me updated with the progress and were nothing but considerate. I was informed of all charges before they started the work on my vehicle and they let me decide what I wanted to have done. It was all around a great body work and paint touch-up experience from estimate to pick up. Honestly, no issues at all. I would highly recommend this shop for dents and custom paint repairs.

I went in to get an estimate to see how much it was going to cost to repair the fender of my 2014 Jeep Shara. I met with Adam he looked at my car gave me a written estimate, within a day my car part came in. I dropped my car off at 8am on a Friday morning they finished by 5:45pm that evening. Adam was super nice and so was their staff. They did a great job. I would highly recommend Maitland Auto Body to friends and family.

This place goes above and beyond. I came in because I busted my bumper (as in I definitely needed a new one). Not only did they replace it, they also gave me a new Honda sign, fixed all the scratches on my hood, and filled in the piece of my fender near the corner of the hood so that I didnt have to replace my entire fender....without extra charge. I highly recommend them to anyone. Ill always take my service here.

They gave me a very fair quote for my damaged fender, repaired the damage sooner than originally stated, and came well under budget after it was all said and done. The staff was very professional and gave me assurance that the work would be done on time. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing a repair!

I have now used this auto shop twice. First time was a few years ago for my old Mazda5 and this time for my Mazda3. Both times, they did very high quality work. The cars came back almost looking better than when I bought them. The fit and finish came out excellent. The full interior/exterior detailing of the car is also greatly appreciated.
