Took my vehicle in for service on 1/15/14 to have it repainted from someone who hit me. I picked my car up on Friday 1/17/14. When they brought my car around I was astonished to find out they washed it and gave it a full detail (Vacuumed and cleaned inside). I was very happy at the level of service....That is until I noticed things had gone missing from my car that were then when I took it in for service. The shop says there employees have been employed there for a very long time. They also used the excuse that they are around age 50 so why would they want any of my stuff. I did not request my car to be cleaned washed vacuumed or anything of the nature. The items stolen were not in open view and would not be seen unless someone was going through my personal belongings inside my car. I do not recommend this shop and will be making it widely known they hire thieves and then make excuses for it. I used this shop as it was recommended by my insurance agency and will be giving them a call as well. STAY AWAY!

The standard of customer service & communicatiuon is very poor in this workshop. Told them about additional items during handover that required attention. But they ignored that & sent the truck back with the repairs not complete & say they could not do them. The customer service rep Nybia was a jobs worth who did all she could to complicate the process & delay the repair. My truck & employees were off the road longer than required while i paid hire truck rates. Then on collection two major repairs were not complete.

I have used this collision center many times over the years. They provide excellent results, and, my vehicles are never returned for correction. I dont know about other clients, but, in my case, I will go nowhere else. If I ever had an issue, they resolved it immediately. The entire organization is customer oriented, friendly and results oriented! Above all of the comments, the most important one is: You can expect an honest, straight forward service from them! Bravo Auto Nation Collision, Kissimmee!

The shop will make your vehicle deathtraps and deny any responsibilities. Their lifetime warranty is invalid as they never restore your vehicle and you inevitably sell your car any way immediately or in the near future. Their workmanship is worse than what you can image for certain. More than (8) times alignments were done to my car and they still werent able to make it right. Then they walked away from the issue claiming they have nothing to do with their failures.

They damaged the inside of my car when installing my new windshield and they did not adjust my headlights after replacing them so I drove home from work at 4 am in the dark with basically no head lights due to they were pointed at the ground I do not recommend them. They also said it would take 3 days to repair my car but it took them 8 days to finish my car. Save your self the headache do not go there.

They horrible they do a horrible job in my Car plus they tell me that they was waiting for a 230.00 dollars check from the insurance company and they lie to me they charge 800 dollars to release my car they suppost fix my engine and still a crazy noise on it.....Bad

Staff is nice however their work is terrible, take alot longer than they say and do half their job. Very cheap and bad quality work! Do not recommend and if you are looking for a good quality repair and you want your vehicle repaired like new do not go here!
