My husband was involved in an accident on Memorial Day May 30, 2016 and we filed a claim that same day. Despite the length of time it took to actually get his vehicle to a body shop for repair is a separate issue. We brought the vehicle to this place on June 20, 2016 because it was an approved vendor from his insurance company. After the estimate was approved by the insurance company, repairs began June 21, 2016. It is now July 28, 2016 and we still havent received his vehicle back. Our insurance company, like most, only cover 30 days of rental reimbursement. We have been without his vehicle for two months now, and one month without a vehicle since repairs have started. I have never experienced this level of frustration with repairing a vehicle in my life and we have two little kids and two separate jobs to juggle without a vehicle. What a nightmare. When we call to get an update, we get the same news, the vehicle is undergoing inspection and well call when its done. They never call. We always have to call for an update. They cant and wont give us an estimated date or time when the vehicle will be repaired. How many inspections does it have to go through before they figure out whats going on? I believe this is the third inspection to date and it seems that the person doing the inspections isnt very thorough if its taken three times to find out the extent of damages. Wouldnt the vehicle be totaled if it was this complicated and took this long to finish the repair vehicle? The last phone call we made was yesterday and they hung up on us. We have filed a compliant with the Department of Agriculture. They will be reaching out to the business within the next 30 days to resolve this dispute. I cant believe its came to this.

Took my Saturn Sky to get a door skin repaired and after seeing the work that they have done in the past I knew exactly who to take my baby to. Without hesitation I called and made an appointment and they accommodated me right away, even though I did call last minute. I knew I can leave my car here with no worries. I was taken care of in a very professional way but still had a family feel which I love. I have some more cares that need little touch ups here and there and I have done nothing about because I was waiting to find the perfect shop. At last I have found it. Thank you M&M Auto Collision!

My 2015 Challenger got side-swiped and through the insurance, it was sent here for repair. I am VERY particular and picky about my cars and this one was flawless before the accident. I was massively relieved when I saw the quality of the repair - it was immaculate - like it never happened. Just a fantastic job, completed a day early and the car came back sparkling clean inside and out. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Im going to ask them to repaint my truck next! I called these people to paint a side mirror. Simple enough. They would not paint the mirror unless they supply the part and install it. When I asked why, it was easy to tell that they just want to rip you off. I had the mirror installed at the dealership and all I needed was a simple touch up. Poor customer service at best. I called Willies Paint & Body Shop and they were super nice, quoted me over phone and did a fantastic job. Dont waste your time or money with these people

Wanted to write a recommendation for M&M Auto Collision off Daubert St. (by Baldwin Park). When my Altima was hit, I was given 3 choices by the insurance company, and I honestly picked the closest to my house/work. Luckily I chose wisely! M&M did excellent work - had my new bumper on in 1 day! I picked up my newly fixed car which was all sparkly (they washed & vacuumed it.) It looked way better than when I dropped it off (inside & out!) Check them out - Omar did a great job!

M&M received authorization to repair the vehicle in a very timely manner. We were contacted regularly with updates on the progress of the repairs. The even helped me coordinate a rental car.
