I had work done here a few years ago on an SL 550. Front end got damaged by a metal panel that fell off a truck. Broke my spoiler, etc.. They did an excellent job. Mercedes Benz of Orlando told me about this place and said to not take it anywhere but here. Years later and a newer SL 550, I was hit about a month ago. This was the place I had it towed due to their reputation. Although the car ended up getting totaled, this place was awesome to work with in helping me understand all the damage that was done to my car. Stayed in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on with insurance adjuster, etc. When I went to clean my car out of my personal belongings, the place is above anything else you could imagine in regards to a repair shop. Security 24 hours as well as fencing to protect your vehicle. Mike the manager was awesome to deal with. He was very professional and easy to deal with. When I buy another SL I first of all hope I never have to see them again! However, if I get hit again or need some minor repairs that can happen with Orlando roads, I will take it to this place. From my knowledge they are one of the few if not the only Certified Mercedes Benz repair facility in Orlando area. If you have a Mercedes or other high end vehicle, you need to take it here.

More than I expected! My car looks fantastic after having a rear side door crashed into it. I feel like I have a brand new car. my suv is 6 years old and they made a perfect match on the paint. its so shiny and flawless. on top of that, as if I wasnt over the top about how well they did on my door....they also cleaned my car in and out. Smells and looks like a brand new car. Lets also mention how great they were in guiding us with a free rental car through the insurance. Thank you so much AutoNation Collision Center.

Will only give a complete estimate if you agree to allow them to do the work. They wanted me to leave vehicle for estimate and start repairs, yet could not give me any kind of time frame when complete? Maybe week, maybe 6 weeks? For a fender bender! These guys are rude and refuse to even come close to helping or being considerate to the customer. I will find another reputable collision center.

Truly an amazing place to turn to when you need your vehicle restored to its prior condition after an accident! The staff is extremely friendly, Scott Duckett (my rep) is very proactive to keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle, and the work performed is top notch! I will not go anywhere else when it comes to car repair / restoration after an accident.

This location is amazing! They have fixed my vehicle twice this year. Their work is flawless and the turn around time is very reasonable. The customer service is amazing, they take all the work away from the customer and are always available. They even cleaned and detailed my SUV when I came to pick it up. Recently had to have my car worked on and I cannot say enough about the level of work done. The car not only looked great on the outside but the interior was fully detailed as well...including the trunk !! If you ever need body work, give them a call. Yeah I will not be disappointed.
