I came in to this location skeptical because every repair shop I went to prior to going to Griffis Automotive, I was told they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me because it wasn’t “worth their time”. The only place that was willing to help me was this location. I walked into the door and was greeted with a smile, the repair technicians were very knowledgeable and I have never met a more helpful group of people. What makes this experience more special to me was that they did everything they could to repair my cars leaking fuel lines before Christmas. And to add a cherry on top, the few hours I have spent at the location, so many people came into the location to wish them a merry christmas, to buy the technicians lunch and brought them gifts. I have never seen a more family oriented repair shop that genuinely cares about their customers and seeing how grateful other customer were made me realize that I wasn’t the only one who has received an exceptional experience from them. “Troy” was the man who fixed the fuel line issue in my Buick and did an amazing job. I rarely give out reviews because I rarely receive an experience worth giving a review, but I know how hard it is to find a good repair shop and I would recommend Griffis Automotive because they will NOT take advantage of you and they WILL do everything they can to help you. Don’t risk your car and wallet by going somewhere else, I am telling you, these guys are phenomenal. Griffis Automotive Customer, Jordan Jamieson

From the outside it gives the wrong impression. The staff is nice, the waiting area is simple but comfortable. The best part is that they really do an inspection when they say they will. I like to verify that everything was completed so that I know for next time if they can be trusted. They passed the test! Suck it, Wally World... my car found a new home. Update - Nicely renovated since my last review. Ive been there a couple of times, and I still think they are doing a great job. The best part is that they really do what you pay them to do, I know since I check every single time for all the work performed. Thanks, Griffis!

Ive known Griffis Auto Repair for over a year and they have helped numerous people who needed it outside the shop and inside the work bays. They also do first rate work as you will see in looking at their reviews both here, on Facebook and Yelp. Anyone who gives them a bad review is due to a situation that is way outside the the norm for them. It simply has to be more to the story. In looking at a business online, I never look at the one viewpoint anymore for this very reason as it is too easy to take a great business like this and try to make their reputation negative when there is so much positive there instead.

Needed the exhaust manifold replaced on my 2005 Trailblazer - was told that they had done lots of these. First alert to trouble, dropped off the manifold and he has instructions on how to do the job pasted to the windshield of my car. Needless to say, 7 days later my car was not done. He said that he would have to remove the head to get to some of the bolts he was having trouble with. The cost of repair jumped from $200 to possibly $2000. No thank you! I took the car to another garage, and the job was complete in 24 hours.

You ever have a car that you think might break down by the side of a highway? I have that car. Luckily I have Phil, Troy, and David from Griffis to keep me running. This is an honest shop, with fair prices, and quality work. You literally could not ask for more. Ill never take my car anywhere else in Orlando, and if you have a Volkswagen you are in luck, cause Phil is a whiz working on them. Holly rocks as well (didnt want to leave anyone out!). Thanks guys!

When ever I need something worked on I always go to Griffis. The staff is incredibly friendly and when they explain the situation to you, they do so happily and in a way that you understand. They work hard to discover what is going on with your vehicle and repair it. Love going to them!

Troy and the staff at Griffis were awesome to work with. I had an issue with my transmission and they were willing to take a look and give me a variety of options. They even called to see how the car was running a few days later. Really thorough and pleasant to work with!

Very dependable, fast, explained in detail what the issue and fix was, reasonable prices, great customer service. I have taken my 2002 Malibu and 2011 Terrain there for work and could not be more pleased. These folks are committed to quality and a fair price.

"Yeah, thats not a vehicle wed be interested in servicing." Really? Then do not call yourselves a full service shop. Maybe list what vehicles you are too incompentent to service so people dont waste their time calling your shop.

Not responsive to requests. Does not check fluids, air filter or greaseable fittings at oil changes. Part prices are outrageous.
