When we went to pick up our car Friday afternoon, it became evident that during the course of them having it, it had developed a problem - needed to be jump started. Not sure they planned to tell us that - it seems that maybe they were going to just let us drive away without saying anything (though one fellow made a joke about if we can get this thing started when we arrived, but we had no idea what he meant and he didnt explain) - they were going to leave it running in the parking lot while we finished the paperwork - but we shut it off after looking at it, and then the porter who had driven it around suddenly appeared asking for the keys, apparently to see if it would start, and it wouldnt. (Im very happy he did that - porter, whoever you are, you did the right thing!) Whereupon we were told that "this happens, the battery can get drained when theyre working on it with the doors open, well put it on our battery meter." Ten minutes later someone came and said that while it would start with a jump, the check engine light was on and so they would take it to the dealer in the morning, and someone would call us to let us know what was going on. NOBODY EVER CALLED and when I finally called the dealer twenty minutes before closing on Saturday, they knew nothing about it. I am furious. We are still without our car and dont even know where it is, whats wrong with it, what its going to cost, or when to expect to get it back, and meanwhile were probably paying for our rental car now since the insurance company thinks the cars been delivered. I cant recommend this place. Theyre super nice and friendly when you go in but this is completely unacceptable. I know that its unlikely they caused the problem, its probably just a coincidence, but they didnt do what they said theyd do and I dont understand that. I could have driven it to the dealer myself last night and now I wish I had! Not only that, on their website they post a number with supposed 24 hour availability, but nobody answers it and theres no voicemail. Not a good way to run a business. I cant wait to see if theyll make any effort to make this right. UPDATE 4/25/17 I must give Classic Accident Repair credit for persistently reaching out to me about this until I finally returned their general managers call. I am satisfied with the conversation I had with him and with his effort to make this right. It sounds like theyve made a serious effort to correct the issues that I experienced.

I am highly dissatisfied with Classic Accident Repair Center. Someone rear ended me in November so I made an appointment with them to have my car brought in so they could fix a few scratches on the bumper. It was very minimal damage, but it had to be fixed. I brought my car in on a Friday. They told me on the same day they would call me and give me a status update of when it was to be complete. They never called. On Saturday, I called and told them I was never contacted. They then said it would be ready on Monday. When Monday came around, I received no call, so I called them. They explained that while working on the car, they accidentally broke a flimsy piece of the car and had to order in a new piece. Why would no one call me to tell me this? Why did I have to call. They then said it would not be done until Wednesday and transferred me to a rental car company. They did not offer to pay for my rental car, so I had to tell them that they were. Very bad customer service. Now it is Thursday, and they never called. So I called again and they told me it would be ready by tomorrow, Friday. It took an entire week to replace a bumper, and they could not call me once. Very unprofessional, very bad at keeping in contact, and obviously not very timely.

To start with, the front desk ladies couldnt be any more charming, efficient & competent. Period. They enjoy showing up to work and having fun with each other & the rotating customers, and it shows. In an obvious way. The estimate guy, Dave I think his name is, is as straight-to-the-point as possible, but also in a pleasant way. They took my car in on time, and had it ready for me the day before they said they would. No complaints there. When I got my vehicle back, you couldnt tell what part of it had just been repaired. Everything matched-up, and looked spanking brand new. And not just he outside. Shockingly, the inside of the CX-5 was immaculate. All dog hair gone. All surfaces with dust or mud or some other form of crud had been cleaned perfectly. No joking here: I had my CX-5 scheduled for a detailing the very next day (I always get one done after neglecting it over the winter). The vehicle came back to me so clean that I cancelled the detailing. Classic Accident are true professionals at what they do. Its always a pleasure to deal with true professionals. And theyre friendly too. I wish I could have at least an equal experience -- like with these guys -- everyday of my life.

If youre in an accident and bought your car from any of the Classic dealerships in the area, this is the place to come. They are willing to work with difficult insurers (i.e., someone elses who was actually at fault in my case) and gave me a free loaner for 1.5 weeks even though the delay was due to the insurance company and reimbursement was uncertain. The repairs looked great, they answered all my questions and were very patient (I was kinda freaking out as this was the 1st car Id bought new myself) and, most importantly, they got OEM parts at a price the other insurer was willing to pay!

I was rear-ended and they repaired my vehicle. The staff was polite, helpful and they had a rental waiting for me when I arrived. They were really good about keeping in contact with me to let me know how things were progressing. When I got my car back, the repair was impeccable. They also cleaned the inside of my car, which was great because I have my dog in my car with me a lot, so there was quite a bit of dog hair in there. They even vacuumed his little doggy car seat. They were awesome! I hope that I dont have any more accidents, but if I do, I would 100% use them again.

I had an unfortunate mishap two months after purchasing my vehicle which resulted in superficial damage to the front bumper. I went to the Classic Accident Repair Center to see about repairs, and experienced genuine support -- not only with the car, but also with the fact that this happened during personally challenging time in my life. The prompt service, thorough assessment, and timely repairs were beyond what I had expected. Thank you, Classic Accident Repair Center!

Excellent from the time I stepped into the building. Went right out to my car, explained the steps needed to complete the repair, set me up with a rental, spoke to my insurance agent, ordered the parts, installed the parts, called me when ordering, upon arrival of parts, and approximate completion date. All this and I had my car back in less than than a week. On top of that they must have buffed out the entire car as it never looked this good.
