My truck sat at their location for TWO weeks, without even being looked at, and we were never called for updates. As a former heavy duty mechanic, I understand fully how garages should run. They kept saying "Were taking another look at it", or "It should be done tomorrow" or "The mechanic isnt here today". We had to call every few days just to see what was going on, meanwhile my business is losing thousands of dollars of lost revenue. I literally took the $120 lost, again, and towed it to a different mechanic. So I paid $250 in towing for my truck to not be looked at in the two weeks I gave them. WORSE SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! RUN
