I HAD MY CAR TOWED HERE MAY 15th AS OF TODAY IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FIXED IF I HADNT MADE CALLS LITERALLY UP THE CHAIN TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND STORE MANAGER. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER RAUL AND FRONT DESK CLERK ADDISON ARE THE MOST DISORGANIZED INDIVIDUALS EVER THEY NEVER GIVE THE SAME ANSWER TO THE SAME EXACT QUESTION THEY FLAT OUT JUST LIE!!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LESS THAN MEDIOCRE IF YOURE NOT TRYIN TO GET THE RUN AROUND FOR WEEKS THEN DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOIN TO THIS LOCATION...IM NOT SURE WHAT THE ISSUE IS WHETHER ITS MANAGEMENT OR WHAT BUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS LOCATION MAKES ME NEVER WANNA HAVE ANY PEP BOYS EVER!! TO EVEN CHANGE A BRAKE LIGHT ON MY CAR THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE STORE MANAGER KEVIN I THINK HIS NAME WAS HE GRACIOUSLY OFFERED TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER PLACE EVEN IF IT WASNT PEP BOYS AND WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE AN INCONVENIENCE BUT I WOULD DO THAT IF NECESSARY HE CONFIRMED MY CAR WOULD BE FIXED TODAY IF I DECIDED TO LET THEM WHICH I DID AND HE HAD IT DONE WITHIN THE HOUR WITH A PHONE CALL HES BOUT THE ONLY THING POSITIVE IN THE WHOLE EQUATION BOTTOM LINE THO SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOULL PROBABLY SPEND LESS MONEY TOO

May 2016: Very friendly and courteous. I took a car there with a bad alternator (I was on the road, 3 hours from home) and Domenic diagnosed it, charged up my battery and stored the car overnight until I trailered it home a day later (alternator is a specialized part they couldnt get). In the meanwhile, Wynn, the manager, was helping me look up rental car locations, taxi numbers, and generally being very helpful to this stranded traveller. Ultimately, I was not charged anything. I did not use their repair services, but their helpfulness and friendliness to somebody stuck in a bad situation so far from home was outstanding.

Worst customer experience ever! Car was left for inspection for the ENTIRE day, and when picked up the inspection stickers were not placed on the car. Upon return to receive the stickers, it was promised this would take 15-20 minutes max. Upon arrival, I was told 30 minutes and then EVENTUALLY the inspection was complete ONE hour later. If you are going to not follow through a provide the service you paid for on the day of the inspection, at least hold true to your promise that you will be in and out due to YOUR mistake. I will NEVER return to this location for service. This is unacceptable.

Do not come here! They charged me for items and work I never received. Awful people, awful excuses. Wasted my time and money. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere with more experienced technicians who know what their doing. Ive given this shop my buisness and referrals for many years only to get completely screwed over. Ibought brand new tires and breaks from them last year so they would pass my inspection.I will be taking my business and my referrals elsewhere from now on. Pep boys you just lost a lot of loyal customers.

Got my Olds Delta 88 towed to this location due to it running lean and stalling out, great and honest people there....... Never steered me wrong, replaced the missing vacuum hoses that were causing a severe vacuum leak, thanks for your honesty and a job well done, need more shops like yours.....I would recommend people to go to this Pep Boys location This is a place that knows how to treat their customers right and not try to rip you off

The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable, but the service simply takes way too long. I had to go back a couple times to redo tires I got installed (value stem was loose) and redo an alignment. Cut down on the wait time, other than that great service.

These guys are crooks. They did numerous services on my car which I did not authorize. I paid for one thing to be done but saw a lot more on my receipt.. Its a lot of nonsense that goes on behind those shop doors. It has to stop!

Pepboys took my car for an extended stay at their shop to fully discover what was wrong; because of that, they gave me a substantial discount and a free oil change. Cant beat that.
