Took my car in for an inspection. They gave me a bill for $495 telling me it was because my front breaks needed replacing along with other things. I have a new car that I rarely drive, so it came as a shock to me that so many things where wrong. I took the car to Schliers Service Center for a second opinion and was told that there was nothing wrong with the brakes at all. I also passed my inspection there. What hurt me more was my family has been going to Jack Williams for over 10 years. Who knows how many times they have beaten us. I will NEVER use Jack Williams again. They are greedy and dishonest.

I am satisfied with their service. Their prices for various services are posted. If you buy tires from them, they will rotate and balance the tires for as long as you have them. They also repair flats for free. Their prices are reasonable and they have coupons you can print out and they honor the discount. If you get an oil change they have not charged me to top up the other fluids. Some auto service companies charge for this like Jiffy Lube. If you have an appointment, they dont make you wait. I would avoid Firestone.

DO NOT BOTHER COMING TO THIS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER! They are dishonest and are in it for the money also. It is unbelievable that Ive almost been ripped off by them not once but twice. Only thing is they did not think I knew my stuff about cars. The issue and repair they told me was not the issue and did not need repair. Ended up having to get my car tolled to another service center. I will not be using Jack Williams again for any vehicle servicing needs.

i have been using jack williams for all my automotive needs for 7 years, and have not once experienced a problem. nor have i ever felt as though i have been ripped off like the horror stories ive heard from people taking their cars to some off the wall automotive shop for repairs trying to save money. i have the highest respect for phil, mike and jerry at the marshalls creek location.

Had me wait over an hour to tell me they cant take 2 locks off my front rims,, i went to mavis not only did they remove my old tire locks, they replaced them with new lugnuts,, this jack williams place was a joke with young kids that dont know what there doing..
