So I came across a set of rather expensive wheels for my car, purchased them, and then brought in tires as well. I was able to order them online pretty cheaply. I called in to set an appointment and showed up on time. I also called in about pricing and it seemed like there was going to be some fees because I was going with a low profile, 35 size sidewall, and like a carry in fee or something? I hoped that wasnt quite the case but wasnt sure. Anyways, I brought in what I had and the tire tech pointed out a few small blemishes the second hand wheels had, awesome due diligence on his part. They let me have a look at their mounting machine to quell my anxiety about having any issues with scuffing/scratching the face and special coating of my wheels. The mounting machine was great quality, a "touchless mount" setup, which I was looking for all over North NJ. Overall I was SUPER happy with them after getting them home and even had multiple employees unload and load up my stuff with me. Thank you Scott/Nick/and the other tall dude with the gray cap. It was a super fair price of $26 a wheel, mount and balance. Scott made a point to communicate with me about any concerns he had throughout the process. Super stand up guy. The tire tech Nick was equally as stand up. Get that kid some extra vape juice, he deserves it. He took his time and communicated to me about any flaws he saw in my wheels. Overall, super happy with the fair price and great service. Will most certainly be mounting my next set with them once these ones burn off.

I rarely write reviews but after going to this shop for over a year, multiple times, Ive been very impressed. Great shop. Great service. Have been to a lot of truck/car shops before. By far the best. Very honest, reasonable, knowledgable, friendly. Mechanics definitely know what theyre doing, and do a great job, every time. Shop is clean, sales and service are very friendly and helpful. Service/prices are very reasonable; they dont try and rip you off/ sell you on something that you dont need or wont work well just to make a sale. NYC resident and would rather drive an hour and a half - without traffic - just to get a proper alignment, differential service, and tire balancing / or just a leak fixed - than have some random car shop write up a worksheet - pass it on to some random / possibly incompetent / lazy mechanic who may or may not do the job right the first time. All in all great shop and very pleased. If you like your Jeep and want to have work done right (getting into lift kits, oversize tires, aftermarket armour which gets complicated, even transfer case servicing and road-forcing tires); your local mechanic wont know what hes doing based on experience with jeeps and Jeep/Mopar will charge you double and youll probably need to turn around to have them re-do what they were supposed to do properly. All in all, very pleased customer and am happy to give them business/ highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good truck/Jeep shop. (didnt see the review below before I wrote this)

As a future JKU owner - still stuck in D1 status in Toledo - I wanted to get an idea about options for lifting the vehicle, costs, 33 vs 35s etc. While I was strictly in question mode Stephanie was awesome. She stated that she was more into suspensions than electronics and she really knew her stuff - even down to the recommendation of front axle modifications to support 35s as I ordered a Sahara with a Dana 30 front axle vs a Rubicon with the beefier Dana 40 axle. We discussed lift kits and my wifes ability to climb in what we could to to be sure it would fit into my garage and she spent a good 30-45 minutes with me. OK4WD should be proud that their people have such passion for vehicles and are so open to teaching. I plan on bringing my JKU to OK4WD to have the lift kit and modification work done there - totally earned my respect and trust - they really were helpful and no pressure at all. Stephanie even advised me that OK4WD is hosting a 4x4 event with a lot of Jeepers on the 16th of October - planning on attending that!

Fairly New to the #JeepLife Didnt know where to customize my Jeep so I called my buddy Mike asked him where can I take my Jeep for some Custom work( Cause hes been in the game for a quite a while) and he said OK4wd!! Talk to Scott E. Hell take care of you. Called Scott E, made an appointment, drove an hour and a half. Got my 4.5" AEV dualsport SC lift kit, 37" Nitto Tire Grappler and My gearing updated to the Yukon 4.88. Picked up my Jeep it looked amazing drove even better from the day I drove it of the lot. But hold on, Its gets even better, I got rewarded an ok4wd gift card and entered a raffle of $1800.(where else would you get that treatment? You tell me). Not only the Service Scott E. gave me was great but the mechanics as well are great. Their work is top notch. That I even made another appointment the following day to get more work done. "Greatest of the Greatest." Make Sure You check out Scott Embley.

After paying Jeff Daniels $900+ dollars to install a 4 inch lift on My Jeep, the Jeep would violently jerk the side after hitting the lightest road imperfection/dip/bump so I call as soon as they open the next day and they give me the most absurd sounding suggestions as to what may be causing the problem.. I new it wasnt even worth continuing the conversation with that shop and just cut my losses... After looking around a bit found OK4wd,and after Talking to Scott for 2 Minutes he had a pretty good idea of what it could be, drove there next day Scott had me in and out in literally 10 Min and after following his suggestion and installing the steering geometry correction kit... The Jeep drove like it was new! Thank You OK4wd for hiring knowledgeable, competent and professional people ...Its so rare these days! I wish I would have found you earlier ... Chip

love this place. after the dealer messed up my cars exhaust they made it right at a completely reasonable price. since then i have brought both my Silverado SS there along with my Trans Am. i have spent a substantial amount of money there and their prices are extremely reasonable and the service is always top notch with sales and service) if they dont know the answer to my question or if something will work on your car they always call me back and have all the details. if there is an issue with anything they always make it right and i always leave completely satisfied. i have dealt with Scott in service allot and he is always on the ball with coming in at the quoted price for a repair and is always looking to the future for the safety and reliability of your car/truck.

One star is pushing it. I got flat out lied to about the rear differental on my truck being strait. The toe on each side was off 5/16 of an inch. The truck danced all over the road. I brought it back after getting new tires from them, because the problem continued, they charged me $58 dollars for a lift charge to tell me another lie about my frame being shot. I went threw brand new tires they sold me, within two months. I got under there and fixed it myself. Bent it to how it should be. Drives as it should now. I also had a emergency break cable installed. The cable was laying on the exhaust pipe. It almost melted off. I caught it in time and put a clam on it that they didnt put on. Next time Ill give $1300 to a honest place that isnt just trying to make a buck off me.
