Santillis stands behind their work. I have been going there for years. They have an in depth knowledge of the vehicles and the issues the vehicles can present over time. They take the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicles everytime. They know when parts need to be replaced, just as the dealership/manufacturer recommends. They also give you the option to replace the part before they do any work. You get honest and great service everytime. Thank you.

I was having some major issues with my truck, and I took it to Santillis and it was the dreaded dying fuel pump. They diagnosed the problem, found me the most affordable replacement, and replaced it (including uninstalling and reinstalling my fuel tank) quickly and effectively. My truck runs amazingly now, so much smoother. They were honest and upfront about everything, and helped me through my first major auto-fix-up. Cheers!

I took in my Dodge Caravan when its transmission died and they have done exceptional work. When there have been slight issues with downshifting, they have stood by their work and have done the adjustments that the warranty required, no questions asked. They have great customer service: very competent, very willing to explain technical things, even came and picked me up at my home since I live nearby when the work was done.

Went in for state and emissions inspection, came out with a $400 bill for things I didnt need. My boyfriend, for some reason, gave the go and they replaced things like the timing belt which were far from needing replacement. Will not go back again! A lot of the stereotypes are true about garages--they will get you for what will make them money, and that is not inspection tests!
