Always a pleasure! Conscientious, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating, always. They work with you and your schedule every time. They have great prices and are honest. Today I went for an oil change and to have a tire looked at, they took me right upon my phone call. My husband had just commented last night that he did not like a sound we had been hearing lately in our car, I did not even bring that up when I went in (I forgot about it actually), they heard it when they pulled the car in, diagnosed it gave me an estimate all without prompting. Their prices have always been fair, and their specials are GREAT! Your car gets washed with every visit, they think of everything, to make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible. They are probably the only place I have gone to that I feel comfortable with everything they say and I dont worry I am being cheated. I would highly recommend Car Stop to anyone, they have become our familys go to Auto Shop.

Professional ,courteous and reliable business. Have taken 3 cars here from major work to simple oil changes. Work done quick, clean and professionally. Everyone theyre is always pleasant. Definitely highly recommended business. Check out their Car care Club also with the investment. 5 stars plus!!!! Add on to this review was there again for a oil change. There is no beating the customer service that they have. Always professional and courteous. Do Yourself a favor....visit car stop for your auto repairs and maintenance. They also give a car wash and sometimes free lil gifts. 5stars is not enough!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a part of their car care club and I love it, they give so much away for being part of their family. They are always supper accommodating because Im horrible at making appointments so they do their best to get me in as soon as possible. They do get work as quick as possible, while thinking ahead for the customer. Example I brought my truck in for an oil change and flush was able to use my discount and the had noticed my windshield wipers where shredded and replaced them as well as topped the fluid off. Great place please stop by and give them a chance.

From the phone call to seek service, arriving and walking in the door, in greeting at arrival, in handing over my car, I am treated with friendly and professional courtesy. If I wait, its pleasant and quick. If I drop my car off, they will offer me a ride to my home (local:). The job is always done satisfactorily and if something is not settling right, they are quick to remedy the issue whatever it may be. Repeat customer. The owners and family are wonderful people and make sure their staff is just as wonderful.

Car stop Inc is a very nice and welcoming place. I went in for a simple oil change back in April on the 21st. During the oil change, they also did a look over on my 95 Lincoln Town Car to see if there was anything wrong or needed to be fixed. They found out my rear diff cover was leaking and that I had a serious frame rot issue going on that I had no idea was happening. Thanks to them, I was able to get the problems fixed and keep my Lincoln running smoothly. So,thanks Car Stop Inc. I really appreciated it!

Everyone at Car Stop is amazing!! I had a pretty large amount of work done on my car that took over a week. They allowed me to use one of their loaners the entire time, kept calling and updating me, and their son Sam is so professional! He even gave me tow companies to call and picked me up when they had the loaner car ready. Natalia even made me an amazing, hand knitted beanie that I love. Best all around customer service and great people to work with!! Thank you for everything!!

Took my Cadillac Escalade here a couple weeks ago when it was acting up for a basic tune up. Car Stop went above & beyond expectations & exceeded excellent service, my car with 170,000 miles felt like it just came out of the factory. Not to mention the friendly environment backed with a premium shop makes this in my opinion the best mechanic around. Not to mention there are fresh snacks & refreshments while you wait. Definitely going to be taking my car here from now.

He does not do his job right he never did my alignment got 4 bran new tires from him and the front to went bald then he said its cause of my weight he lies Id never recommend anyone to go there very bad experience and service , and I had the new tires for 3 months and the front ones went bald in the center he said he did the alignment but he never did he just wanted us to come back and get more tires and a new alignment he is a fraud!!!! Never go there !!

Phenomenol!! Mechanic quick and efficient!! Passed inspection with only a $2.00 light bulb to change!!! Waiting area is welcoming and convenient! Courtesy desk is accommodating , offering coffee and Tv while waiting. Sam laid out sll the options in which you can save money in the long run . There are many perks . Loaner cars etc,,,,,, Best in the area!!! Its about time a real mechanic shop came to the area!!!!

My car needed towing , I had it towed to car stop, best thing I did ! The mechanic looked it over and because I didnt have it very long he called the dealership , imagine that! The dealership fixed it . So from then on car stop is the place I go to have my car serviced. Its a pleasant place to be too , they make you feel as comfortable as possible. TV, magazines , and coffee!!!what more could you ask for!!!

The guys at the shop are verry good at doing the work the do they help everyone when it comes to paying repair bills and selling cars I would tell all my friends to go to this shop and they are there when you need them most the time you dont even need to wait for ur car to go into the shop the busness is verry clean and in great working order and finally the workers are verry nice too

I had an overall great experience. I called them for a state inspection and they were able to get me in under 24 hours. I did have many issues with my car that were identified in the inspection. The mechanic walked me under the vehicle and identified exactly what the issues were. He made me understand for myself. They also support the military and gave me a discount on the bill.

We came in right as they were closing on a Saturday because of a flat tire..: they did not hesitate to accomadate us! No parts stores were open at the moment, but they found a tire for us and promptly changed our tire. The owners were extremely sweet and helpful, even helping us with directions! Very good experience, highly recommended.. Got us back on the road ASAP
