I received parts from here that were missing components. I recently needed a pulley and when I got all the way home took everything off my car including the wheels and splash guards to access my tensioner pulley, opened the box to compare pulleys to make sure it was the right part and size and it was actually missing the metal washer that was included in the box. what I didnt notice at the store was that the box was actually cut across the bottom of the box. my mistake? maybe but how could you re-sell something that was open, especially a major engine component. Also, the employees that work here are like high school kids that are dating or flirting. as this young girl and guy were stocking motor oils they had music playing very loud on a portable speaker... ok Im fine with that I like music while Im working but the girl is singing at the top of her lungs the young kid is 2 isles over throwing things at here and she starts yelling at him and start play fighting, I walk away to ask someone else a question that was a bit more stable and as I walk up this kid yells to them from across the store what they want for lunch! like, am I nuts or what..

needed tires on my jeep, which they replaced. they also cracked 3 out of 4 of my center caps and actually tried to hold them together using ducttape on the inside. the manager said he would replace them for free but only If i get a set from pep boys. I told him "no" and that I wanted the center caps that came with my jeep. He said he cannot order them because pep boys does not have an account with mopar.....excuse me? You guys broke it, it should be replaced with what was there. After arguing with the manager, he ordered the correct center caps and actually had the audacity to say to me "btw, i put these on MY personal credit card" ...as if he was doing me a favor. If you guys were honest from the get-go and said to me "sorry we made a mistake" then I would not be upset. But no, you guys had to be shady and micky-mouse the job and hoped that I wouldnt notice. F-

Went in one morning for a headlight. Friendly employee stocking shelves asked if i needed help, looked up what part i needed, and got it for me. I went up front to pay, my kid got some candy for her and her sister for after lunch, then we waited ten minutes. No one ever came to take my money. There were at least 5 employees that I saw. The guy at the service desk saw me waiting, never came over. One other employee saw me, and still no one would take my money. I left the part there and went to auto zone. I mightve paid more, i didnt check. But they took my money.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled it 5 days in advance. Went at 5 pm left the key and came back 3 and a half hours later. They literally forgot to do it!!!!!!! Then they asked me to come back tomorrow. I made an appointment because I have a job and life and that particular day was the only one that worked for me. Worst customer experience Ive ever had. Really you forgot?!?!?!?

They are rip offs I went there for a front end aliment and they said that there was some things wrong with the vehicle so I replaced them and when I went back they said there was something else wrong with it. So I decided to go somewhere else and they did the alignment without any issues and they said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. They will not be getting any more of my money

Its a great big store, awesome for stocking everything with a service 8-12 bay service area with technicians. Yes they are familiar with tyre changes and the standard service requests, but know, its best to call the store rather than booking online, that way the team can better handle your requests. Sadly I booked online, arrived and was 3 hour before getting the car back.

Ok service for cars and it depends on what you get done. I wanted new wipers and paid for them, they were installed for free. It depends on the store rep you get for what you need. The is good for mini repairs and shopping for car fluids. Make sure to check the local paper for coupons because its worth it.

Said I had they had parts in stock. Drove 30 min to there. Didnt have in stock. Had a 15min phone convoy to make sure it was in Parts depot cant tell the difference between a lug nut and a spark plug. If you look for parts dont depend on them to get you the right one.

As a store its great. Parts guys are always helpful and staff is great. Service center sucks! Took my car in for state inspection, I had a 10am appointment and my car was still in the same spot at 5pm! Absolute joke! Would never recommend the service center.

Never go to this pepboys center. I have already faced problem with this center. Specifically Mike who is not good for service. Never responded well. I got solved my problem with tire at Rt 309 center near costco. But not in this center.
