These guys are level headed and business minded when it comes to serving their customers. I brought my car in because the brake lights werent working. I had tried replacing the bulbs but they still didnt work so I figured it was something electrical and decided to bring it in. They brought my car right in, took a look at it and told me it actually was the brake lights and showed me the burnt out bulbs. I dont know what happened (its possible the bulbs I tried to put in were already burnt out) but now they worked. They could have easily charged me a diagnostic fee or a fee for the bulbs but they sent me on my way with no charge. Fast service...very reasonable wait times (they usually get me in the same day) and great customer service. I would 100% recommend this repair shop to anyone needing any kind of repair work in the area.

Ive been taking my 2 cars there for the past 8 years and they have always been solid. I believe theyve done quality work on my cars, I believe they are honest with me, and I think they are knowledgeable about what theyre talking about. What tops it for me is the customer service I get from the guys out front. Especially Chip, who has been there for years, is always understanding, courteous, and works with you to solve a problem.

Cheap tires, but theyll destroy other parts of your car, blame your car for breaking their tools, tell you theyll fix it on their dime, then hold your car ransom if you dont pay what they said they would. I had many good experiences here before the one that was massive enough to destroy my idea of the place. Do yourself a favor and find one of the many reputable small town mechanics around.

All the quotes are exceptionally high and feel like they just go off whats on the screen. Has a definite Pep boys, auto zone feel, which I rather work with a local business. I brought my car to a local shop about 15 min away saved a good $400 bucks. They are good if you need something real fast and you dont mind paying for it, otherwise I use River Valley Repair.

I once needed stick on tire weights for a project. I couldnt find them anywhere else so I stopped here. Not only did they have them but they didnt even charge me for them. Thanks again!

Very rude. Short bald guy had me wait 6 hours because I brought my dog in. Charge me more money than I had previous agreed on my last visit. Do not go here.

Best manager Jack Williams has is in Honesdale. I can take my vehicles there without being sold services and parts I dont need.

Theyre great for tire deals, but they bogusly try to sell you other services & repairs that turn out to be unnecessary.
