I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team, and have recommended him to my friends and family. My mother took her car to his shop for years and always said he was very honest and took great care of her car. She was a senior citizen on a fixed income and he gave her very good prices for the work performed, and on occasion did not charge her. Last year I had taken my car to the Dealer for inspection. They told me I needed approx. $800.00 worth of repairs. I told them to only do what was absolutely necessary to pass inspection (less than $100). I then took my car to Ryan for the 1st time. I explained to him who my mother was and he instantly recognized her name and spoke fondly of her. I told him of all the work the Dealer said I needed. The next day, after looking at the car he called to tell me that I only needed two of the things on the Dealers list at a cost of less than $200.00. Needless to say, I was very happy. I was able to pick up my car the next day and it has been running great ever since. I will continue to entrust my car to him and his team. Thank you Ryan!

My experience with this place is mixed. I think they are more interested in up-selling stuff when you bring your car in for something entirely different. Furthermore, they do it so casually without mentioning the additional cost to the customer. However, my major complaint is utter negligence. I took my car in (with a coupon) for an Oil Change+Tire Rotation+Brake Check. They completed the Oil Change with new filters then proceeded to up-sell me on an air filter and engine filter. But what angered is he swore he checked the brakes and no more than 3 weeks later, the brakes started squealing. Upon visiting another shop (not far from them, still on Ridge Ave), the dude said I had to change all the brakes & rotors. All in all, it seemed that once they got paid, they did not care if they had done the work they said they would do. As a customer, I am done with them. Some negligence could result in people getting into real trouble. Find another garage (preferably the family owned ones) that care about the work they do.

This is one of the most trustworthy car mechanics around. I have taken three cars to Meineke for years and have not once been disappointed with the outcome. Ryan is honest and knowledgeable. He provides the most cost effective way for handling your repair. We sold a 1999 or 2000 Nissian Altima to a friend a few years back that he serviced for years. Although living in Washington DC, our friend continued to travel back to Meineke to have oil changes and the car serviced. She is still driving this car today back and forth on the highway. Meineke, continue to provide superior customer service. A good and trusting mechanic is very hard to find!! I always recommended this place to friends. Its not necessary to pay dealer prices for car repairs after its been paid off. You can rely on a strong mechanic to do most of the basics.

I went to this repair shop for a simple oil change and inspection. I waited a few hours and endured 3 different upsells while sitting in the waiting room. Then when it came time to pay they let me know my rear brakes werent working and I needed to replace everything associated with the rear brakes. I left without getting the repair and went to a local mechanic for an alternate opinion. He said the brake pads were getting low but other than that they worked fine. I paid over 3 times less and have a perfectly functional car. I do not recommend this place unless you need something done immediately.

I called up day of to get my oil and coolant levels checked, and Ryan gave me an appointment for that afternoon. I had only been to the shop once before about six months earlier and yet Ryan recognized me right away when I was waiting in line behind a woman. He had one of his guys walk out to the lobby for me, get the keys to my Saab, and go take a look. It took all of ten minutes... and when I asked what I owed Ryan didnt charge me anything. I will most definitely be going back next time my car is in need of care and I would implore anyone else seeing this to do the same. Very pleased.

They have done a couple jobs for me. From state inspection to custom fitting high flow cats in my high performance Camaro. I went to Midas, down the street, for a couple things and they were such a rip off. Im not an idiot, Im a car nut with a tiny garage so I cant do it all on my own! Midas tried lying their ass off to me. So I left and came here instead. Never a problem with the men here. Always honest, always professional. They even take my old anti-freeze and oil from when I do my own work. Great dude, GO HERE!

Went in for an inspection and an oil change. They found some repairs that needed to be done since my car is 4 years old now, and I had them take care of it. Ryan walked me through everything that was wrong and let me take a look at it. The prices for all the repairs were fair and what Id expect. Ryan was very nice to talk to, and I felt respected there. Some other places have talked down to me because Im a younger woman. The repairs and scheduling were quick and efficient.

These guys are great & very trustworthy! I brought my vehicle in since it was making a horrible noise and was expecting to drop some serious money. Rick and his guys put time and effort into finding the problem and when they noticed it was a stabilizer that was very loose, tightened it up and returned the vehicle at no cost to me. Thanks You to Ryan and your guys, I appreciate all the time that was put into getting me back on the road 5/5!!

Pepboys attempted to screw me over, fraudulently (misread my check engine code). Brought the car to Meineke for an inspection, expecting MAJOR repairs necessary (according to Pepboys douche), and went through without issue. They work quickly, and dont waste time on repairs that arent necessary. Friendly dude works the desk, too!

Lori A.-Great place to get your car repaired.They have technicians and an owner who stand behind all their work.I have been going there for over twenty years and have not been dissapointed even once with their work or their prices.My family and friends all go there and will keep going there as long Ryan is the owner.Love them!!!!!

Outstanding all the way around! If you want trustworthy experienced mechanics this is the place to go in Roxborough. I have been going to them for the past 5 years and wouldnt take my car anywhere else! Any problem I had they were able to fix. As long as I live in Roxborough, I will continue to take my car here! I asked them to check my cars breaks only. However, without any advise, they did the inspecion of my car removing the current stickers (still valid) with no excuse. I am so upset about it. Now, they say that in order to have a new sticker I have to pay them $ 1.500 more for some unreasonable repair.
