I initially brought my 2000 Subaru Legacy to get the brakes checked. They did a free brake inspection and informed me of everything else that was wrong with my car. When I told them I would not get the work done, they were very receptive and let me know that if I decide to do the work that they are more than happy to help. At no point did they make me feel like I owed them anything. It was at this time that I asked about getting new tires for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had they not been so kind regarding my Legacy I would not have given them my business. They sat down with me at the front counter and went through all the different tire options along with each tires strength and weakness. We discussed the type of driving I do most (Highway) and purchased a tire that would best suit my needs. I left my car with them, they ordered the tires and had everything done and back to me in 1 day. Being new to the area it was great to have a kind and welcoming mechanic to explain and understand my situation. Great customer service and I definitely recommend using United Tire in Colmar, PA. I had a great experience and will return for later work. Thanks United

I just picked up my car from having my inspection done and my axel replaced all seems fine with the car. But to my surprise the man at the desk I wont give out names he knows who he is. Tells me that he called before he replaced the part and talked to my son. Of which my husband and I had dropped off my car together in the morning. And my Husband gave him our numbers. The man said several times how he thought my husband was my son. Just couldnt believe the ignorance! He obviously didnt even bother to look at us. My father in law was with me and couldnt believe he said that to me. I think he should have apologized at least! Or felt bad but no. Cant say I will ever go back. I will try the one in Doylestown where I would hope the customer service would be better! Bridgette the wife!

My coupon for an oil change stated that an air filter would be replaced as a courtesy, as well as other courtesy services. When I picked up my car and Joel reviewed the charges with me, I asked why hadnt they replaced the air filter? Joel said because it didnt need to be replaced. My air filter hadnt been replaced since October 2016. My appointment with Midas was on June 10, 2017. They lied to me to say the filter didnt need to be changed. Also, they wrote the wrong mileage on the oil change reminder sticker that they place inside the car at the top left hand side of the windshield. And for them to do a courtesy inspection of the car, you would think that they would have noticed that my left rear turn signal was out, especially since they replaced the left rear brake light.

I have had multiple quality experiences at United Tire & Service of Colmar. They are courteous, sincere and truthful, which are great qualities when you dont know anything about cars like me. I have had them do multiple oil changes and each time the car is gone over and any preventative maintenance is brought to my attention without having it shoved down my throat. I really appreciate this type of approach. All of this coupled with a quiet, clean, waiting area where you can continue your work day is a real plus.

I have used United Tire & Service of Colmar several times. They are courteous and truthful about the work that is recommend and do not have a hard sell approach. They try to be as accommodating as possible and have often made room for me in their busy schedules even at the last minute. The facility is quiet, clean and offers free wifi, so I can get some work done while my son plays on his kindle. I would recommend this location to anyone!

One of the few mechanics that I know that I can trust. I drop my vehicle off and tell them to tell me what needs taken care of. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into having work done. Prices are always made clear up front and work is always done well. Btw, I live 42 miles away and would rather bring my car to United in Colmar than use the mechanic within walking distance of my house.

This is the 2nd time I have brought my car here for work. 1st time was the best. This time, a bit more pricier & super late on everything, I am lucky that I wasnt in a hurry. They are helpful & friendly, & they do pick up your car for you which is super convenient. I think the magic of the place is starting to fizzle though, but I will being going back at least once or twice more for work/give it an other chance.

The guys at this shop were great! I came in 10 minutes before closing on a saturday with a flat tire and they stayed late to get my tire fixed. The technician even took the time to lubricate my squeaky door without me even mentioning that it had been driving me nuts for weeks! If youre looking for a good mechanic this is definately the place to go
