I agree with a previous comment that this place should be ashamed of itself. I took my car in for an oil change and then received a phone call saying that one of the struts was leaking and should be fixed for a cost of 450$ and then they would need to do an alignment afterwards for an additional 150$ for a total of 600$. I decided to hold off on that and have my uncle take a look at it since he works in the business to find out that nothing was wrong with the struts at all. So please learn from my experience and if they try to rip you off by making up some false problem with your car costing you a lot of money, think twice and have someone else look at it. I would not trust this business and they will no longer be getting my service for anything.

This place is shameful. Do not recommend. Took my car in for an oil change and they told me that oil was leaking into my spark plugs. Tried charging me $400 for spark plugs and a valve cover. Had the car checked out by another mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with the car at all - no leak and that this repair doesnt cost nearly $400. This place is shameful. They lied about the repair and the cost, probably thinking they would take advantage of the fact I am female. I will never go there again.

I will never go back again. I took my car there for inspection and they did a good job on it (expensive, but good job. When my transmission and brakes were slipping and wearing down they told me that I cant bring it in. Their reason was they wont be open on Saturdays!! How the hell are they not open on Saturdays. The woman tried explaining to me they dont have the shop open for 1 car. Really??!! Clearly this place needs help with their customer service.

This place is fantastic. Everyone that works there is so friendly and professional. They have great hours. Ive never waited more than a day to get my car in their for service. They explain everything very well and dont make you feel stupid when they do! They were able to fix a problem on my car that my dealer said couldnt be fixed. Ive been going her for over 3 years and I plan to keep going for a long time.

Guys at Hometown Auto are the best!! I took my old jeep there many times and they always were on top of their game - professional, quick, and willing to negotiate a bit too, when a price was high! Repairing my car never took them longer than what they estimated and they never found "hidden surprises" either! I trust them 100%

Took my car there for warning light issue recently, and they worked on diagnosing for quite some time. They offered suggestions without pressure. While I live over 50 mi away, I will return for the honest and decent approach towards customers. I am particularly grateful to Dave for his time and effort.

I always have nothing but good experiences there. The prices are fair and Ive called with very short notice and were able to fit me in for an oil change. Ive only ever dealt with Dave there and have never been told I needed things done to my car that werent necessary.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. They are pretty flexible with scheduling appointments. It would be nice if they were open Saturdays but other than that Ive been happy with their services.

I have been going here for about 6 years now. They have always been nice, helpful, straight forward and accommodating.
