Horrible customer service. My boyfriend took the van in for 2 new tires, waited over 5 hours and still was not seen. Went back in the morning and was told 2 hr wait time. Someone came in after him and they pushed him back more. It should not take that long to change out 2 tires. The rep behind the desk kept messing up the make of the car. That will mess things up which I will refuse to pay for. I called to ask what their wait time is. Rep said about 1hr 1/2. So why is my boyfriend waiting over 5 hours? The employees are standing around doing nothing. Everyone waiting was getting upset and irritated. No one has that kind of time to wait for an oil change/tire change. I would never recommend going to this location

it is currently 5 15pm and they will not service my car because there is 2 cars ahead of me mind you they close at 7 pm. this is the second time this has happened. guess I will take my business elsewhere.
