This place really sucks! The staff members are liars and try to sell you services that you dont need! We went to have our newly purchased car( bought in NJ) inspected and was told that the car needed a new wheel bearings/control arm. They told us it cost approx. $800. We told them that we were taking it back to the dealer to have it fix since it was just purchased and they seemed annoyed by that. We had car fixed for free by dealer and took the car back once again to Firestone for an inspection. This time we were told that the 2 front tires were bad. The left tire had a knot and the right tire had low tread. I told the guy that I was just there 2 weeks earlier and there were no mentions of bad tires. The guy became irritable and rude with me. He said well its not going to pass inspection unless you buy the tires, which cost $340 not including installation. He said it cost $32 per tire to install them. I told him that was too expense and we would shop around for tires and come back. We order really good tires online for 1/3 the cost of their garbage brand tires and went to Martocci Automotive on 2nd street in Stroudsburg .They had a better tire installation cost and had great ratings online. We decided to go ahead and let them reinspect the car for us at Martocci. It turns out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our car! It only needed a license plate bulb replacement. We brought the tires with us and told the staff at Martocci that if the tires needed to be replaced then to go ahead and install them. They told us the tires were fine so Firestone made us purchase tires that we didnt need. We ended up spending $21 at Martocci for the bulb replacement and inspection. We spent $180 on 4 brand new tires online and will store them in our garage until we actually need them. Overall, Firestone has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I will never give them my business again. I wish that I could give them a rating lower than 1 star -_-.

On our way home from vacation to the East Coast (1500 miles from home) we had a vehicle problem that could have made our trip home a disaster. Already have a Firestone Account so I called the local shop in Stroudsburg as soon as the problem occurred. It was right before the 4th of July holiday weekend and they were busy but managed to squeeze me in. Found the problem, got it fixed and had me on the way in a couple of hours. Josh and the staff there treated us to they kind of hospitality we typically encounter every time weve been in PA and we couldnt be happier. They were up front and honest; no nonsense or attempt to sell us on anything unnecessary. Great service, Great people.

I have been here a few times and when I called they said they could get me in right away for an oil change. I got there and my car didnt move for 55 min. once they took the car back they were done in 25 min. If I knew I was going to sit there for an hour I would have gone to another location. I was told the same thing when I needed a PA inspection. I waited over an hour when I was told they would have me in and out. Expect to be there a while if you have anything major to get done. Good quality of work when it is actually finally being done.

When your car is being serviced grease and dirt all over inside your car also door panels. They took money out of my account twice for the same tires. It took me 4 days to get the money back

THIS PLACE SUCKS. THE COUNTER KID JOSH HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. HE GAVE ME SUCH A HARD TIME TRYING TO PURCHASE TIRES. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.
