Not only is every staff member cheerful and friendly on a monday morning at 8am, but I brought my car in to have some rusty sway bar brackets removed and I was experiencing a clunking sound in my rear after lowering my car. Ive always dealt directly with Kevin and not only is every staff member cheerful and friendly on a monday morning at 8am, but to do these repairs, Kevin squeezed me in on their very tight schedules and he diddnt even charge me! Ive brought my car over a few times for various reasons from alignment to diagnosing a very illusive check engine light. Kevin has always taken the time to call me with updates. Amwell has never charged an arm and a leg knowing Im on a budget. Id recommend this place to everyone. 11/10 stars!

My car broke down and I could not figure it out,so I called a mechanic to come and take a look at the car and see what needed to be done. He told me the engine was shot but would give me $500 and tow it away for free. I declined and went to West Amwell for a second opinion. The owner reviewed (verbally) my problem and said he could arrange a tow and look at the car,though a 50 mile tow would be costly.Then he suggested I try several things,which I did and the car fired right up!!!! These guys are not only great mechanics,but as honest as they come!

I just went to Amwell Automotive for the first time last week for my used Land Rover and was blown away by the service. I had a squeaky break and brought it in for the full diagnostic. Not only did they know exactly what the issue was and how to fix it, they provided me with a full report including pictures and a rating scale of other aspects of the vehicle. The service is exceptional, they even picked me up and dropped me off while my car was being worked on! I will definitely be back.

For a small town shop these guys were pros. I was driving through when I had engine problems. They had a full workload but still took care of me so I could get back on the road.
