BOTH times we call ahead to get tires. Once on my Kia today on my moms Elantra. (Since this place is the only auto center within a half hour of our home) we arrived an hour before close (which we made sure to advise them of ) we even left work early to a lot time for traffic and then we get rude service from the mechanic and told he cant do them tonight. We let him know we called ahead and were told they are open till 7 and he continues to be rude and say he wont do them tonight he has 4 other cars to do. Understandable except we were told they could be done. We let him know IN ADVANCE. He ignores us and makes a phone call. The cashier apologizes to us and we tell her about our previous experience and he laughs and rolls his eyes. DONT BOTHER TAKING YOUR CAR HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Ill be calling corporate to report both incidents.

The speed of service here was extremely poor. It took HOURS for my friends car to be serviced for a relatively simple oil change after only being second in line when we arrived. I wound up spending money in a Wal-Mart on objects I did not need solely because the entire affair took way too long. We werent able to check out either due to the completed services needing to produce a specific kind of document. Our patience was tested and ultimately we failed. This experience completely ruined the plans wed have for the day since we spent close to three hours in a Wal-Mart. I would not recommend this location to anyone if they can avoid it.

What a joke. About 50 rings before they even answer the phone and the moron who answered didnt even know what a run flat tire was. I would sooner let a trained chimp work on my car before I let these imbeciles near it.

poor customer service, waited two hours for an oil change only to find out that they ran out of air filters for my vehicle and couldnt do my oil change. No comp for my time wasted, no apologies. Sorry service

Embarrassingly slow service. Employees waddling around talking, and starring at the ceiling. For some reason a couple employees stopped working (again) to start rapping... Never again.

Guy Jorge did my tires the other week. Fast and thorough service. Did a great job. Overall good peeps at this location.

Very slow, always packed because the service is unbelievable slow... only use if you plan on shopping for 2-3 hours
