Hice un cita para cambiar el aceite y tengo la garantía de rotación de las llantas por la compra de las 4 llantas nuevas y lo deje desde las 10 am y tuve que llamarles 2 veces en el transcurso del día y cuando faltaba 1 hora para cerrar tuve que llamar para saber si ya estaba y me dijeron que si ,en cuanto lo recogí me querían cobrar la rotación y les mencione que no tenían porque cobrarme y no les quedo que de otra que ver que yo tenía razón,pero eso no es todo cuando me entregaron las llaves y me acerque al auto me di cuenta que no habían hecho la rotación (previamente yo las había marcado #1 en la llanta del conductor y #2 en la llanta del lado del acompañante)y cuando les pregunte si estaban seguros de que la rotación se había realizado me dijeron que si y yo les explique que había marcado las llantas y aun así no se disculparon pero me dijeron que me habían dado un diagnóstico de una falla y la rotación era gratis,según él me menciono que cuando yo voy al doctor todo diagnóstico se tiene que pagar y con ellos no ,para ahorrar tiempo le dije que hiciera la rotación de una vez para y tuvieron que hacerlo lo más pronto posible,por último le mencione que seguiré necesitando de los servicios de la rotación y q no quería volver a marcar las llantas y se asegurará de realizar la próxima vez la rotación

Meineke is a absolute scheme. My friend went in to fix her car for a antifreeze leak, they charged her 645 dollars. Less than two weeks later her anti freeze was leaking again. We went back to Meineke and they themselves told us THEY REPLACED THE WRONG PART. Then they had the audacity to charge her another 145 for labor, FOR THEIR MISTAKE. They had us come back a third time free of charge. Point is we paid 646 for them to wreck the car even more. I honestly believe they take advantage of younger females who dont know their way around a car. They tried to charge another female friend of mine 650 to replace her brake pads. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEIR BIG PRETTY BUILDING IS JUST A FRONT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. BIGGEST RIP OFF ON ROUTE 1. They create problems that dont even exist. Disgusting.

This was my first visit to Meineke, Lewes, DE. I had a scheduled appointment on-line for an oil change. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the work was done well and on time. The store and bays were very clean and organized. They recommended replacement of the air filter and cabin filter, which I told them that I already had planned. They were still very courteous. What made this visit even more exceptional is that my cars "Check Engine" light came on when I started the car at home to go to Meineke. I noticed on their services board that they did not charge for a "Check Engine" diagnostics, so I asked them do the diagnostics. The technician, Mike, showed me what was wrong. The fix did not require any parts and there was no charge! I definitely would return to this store.

We love this place! Having 4 cars serviced there gives us plenty of experience to review. With one Honda Civic, one 1939 street rod pickup and two luxury cars, we run the gamut for their crew. The work is done efficiently and on time, every time and they have always been honest and up front with us. There have been occasions when we thought we needed work or a part and theyve flat out told us it wasnt necessary when they could have easily made the sale. We wouldnt have known the difference - that is called integrity. My husband thinks the world of Mr. Repass and his whole friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always make him feel welcome, and give us (and our cars) the time and attention that we deserve. Needless to say, we are a customer for life.

I will not bring my diseal back here. They give you a price and if you dont like there price,( and say you bring your own parts because you are trying to save money). they will quote you more its 135 dollars for labor if you bring your own parts! . Shady business. They do not use oem parts they use aftermarket, and charge you a tremendous amount of money for the same parts you get at auto zone, but once you figure out their scheme they jack up the price on the labor. High way robbery.here. Dont have your car towed here especially if its dead. They will make up anything to get your money. Nasty dishonest place.

Lewes Meineke is by far the best place to go for care care. From the owner Dave Repass to the front end staff to the mechanics they all treat you like you were family. They go out of there way to help you from driving you home if you have to leave your car and picking you up is they can. I have been going to Lewes Meineke since they opened the shop up a few years ago and will always go there for my care care They do not give you the hard sell and are willing to work with you.

Driving cross country and A/C broke. So glad I stopped here. They found two leaks Id probably had since buying the car in 2008 - had me in and out in 45 minutes! Couldnt believe it. Paid $128 and was expecting to pay much more and be sold someting I didnt need. Jonathan and his team were HONEST HONEST HONEST. Very happy camper!! Norm in the Miata!

We will NEVER go back to this shop. We paid for an oil change which included tire rotation. The tires were not rotated. The service manager said the mechanic was "confused" by the ticket. The mechanic told me he just forgot. IMHO we wonder how many others dont get what they pay for. Did they give us the correct oil? Who knows. Never again.

Not your typical car care center. I am always skeptical when it comes to taking my vehicle to a new center. The entire staff was on the ball, extremely friendly and informative (Great customer service)as to the problem and progress of my repair. I like it when they ask you back to the garage to show what the problem is. Thanks guys!

Yesterday my car was serviced with an oil change and tire rotation by the nice and professional people at Meineke of Lewes. What was different this time, it was free. One of the best experiences i have ever had at a mechanic. They took us in like family while we broke down on vacation, squeezed us in even though they were over busy, even picked me up from the rental car place. Extremely friendly and helpful, only wish we lived closer to use them on a regular basis.
