We have been loyal customers of Midas in Stroudsburg for 15 years since moving to this town. It has always been an okay place for an oil change and brakes, but I wouldnt say we used them heavily for major mechanical issues under the old ownership. Ever since the changeover, however, it has been a whole different ball game. The store manager, Brad, and the assistant manager, Kathy really know how to make this major chain shop operate like a local mom-and-pop shop that values its local customer base. I have never felt more confident in trusting this establishment to be my go-to mechanic shop for all needs. Brad has steered us on the right path every time we have brought in the cars for service. I dont have any feelings of distrust or fear of being ripped off because he has saved us from making costly mistakes elsewhere on a couple of occasions. He is honest and straightforward, and will tell you when his shop cannot do something , but never sends us to the dealer for unnecessary reasons. He doesnt try to gouge our wallets on useless "recommendations". He is doing exactly what a good manager should do...value the one-on-one customer relationship, value the long-term relationship over the short-term quick-money. We will definitely continue to turn to Brad and Midas of Stroudsburg first before looking elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM BRAD AND HIS CREW OF SCAM ARTISTS! I had brake noise...I really regret visiting Midas in Stroudsburg, PA Brad and his crew informed me that my car was leaking fluids so badly that the car could not leave the shop. After catching Brad in a LIE, I INFORMED HIM THAT MY CAR WAS IN MY GARAGE FOR DAYS WITHOUT A LEAK... Brad returned my car to me and never discuss the leak again... he was extorting me into purchasing parts and services that I did not need. Also Brad and his crew turned my odometer to a mileage of "1" without my authorization I had my car for 10 years. These CROOKS will try anything for a dollar! AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM BRAD AND HIS CREW OF CROOKS!

Outstanding experience Brad brought me in to show what was wrong and the best solution he can provide including the estimate which at the end of the job was spot on with no questionable fees and what not. The work and welds are by far the best I have seen vs 2 other places that have worked on my exhaust. For being a franchise this is definitely a Gem of a shop, that just feel like a mom and pop shop. Kathie is really nice and the staff all seem knowledgeable just a overall really pleasant experience.

Terrible used to be good when. I dropped my car to get fix later on they call me letting me know that they found the problem and the cost to fix it was $ 1,295.00 I ask them if that gonna fix the problem go ahead so when I get my car driving back home and to work the problem still there looks like they didnt do anything to my car when I drove my car back to MIDAS they came up with a bunch of bs That I need to spend another $ 600.00 to get it fix Total RIP OFF

Great Service. I always like to go there for Oil Change, Inspection or any other problem & found them to be genuine & excellent in service. Recently went there with the rattling sound coming from under my car, Store Manager Brad took care of my car, repaired the problem & the icing on the cake was that he did not charge a penny. Thank you Midas for honoring the trust & faith I have on you

The man Tom McGrath saved our lives, literally! We went to a repair shop called Jiffy Lube who didnt put all of our lugnuts on, put 2 spacers on one wheel and non another! Tom said the lugnuts were so loss he could take them of with his fingers. He squeezed us in and overwhelmed us with kindness. I would go back any day of the week, and I met one of the nicest people I will ever met!

I went in yestarday with my 2017 honda civic si and decided to get some exhaust work done. Well Tim and the other mechanics were so interested in my vehicle it was great we all came up with great ideas for the exhaust it was all great teamwork and the car sounds great. I will be in next week to do the last touch for it.. thanks guys I really felt welcomed and appreciated..

I stopped in without an appointment where I was greeted by Kathie and Brad. They were busy but fit me in and took care of my brakes. I also had a misfire issue and Brad and John made their recommendations and explained not only the process but the price. Thanks to the whole staff there!! I will be back!!

Brad and the gang saved my life I thought I had alternator problems and It was only getting a new battery and a belt for the alternator. Thanks to them I didnt have to cancel work. They were very nice and very helpful with all my questions. My car is working thanks to them. Officially my new mechanics.

Unbelievably great customer service at this location. Staff was very helpful in analyzing and fixing the problem. My car had a very rough ride to it. New tires and tire rod adjustment they sent me on my way!!! My car rides better then it has in a long time. Very grateful for their work!

Great customer service and got the work done quickly. Called them, brought my car right in, and they were able to fix an exhaust leak that a bunch of shops turned down to fix. Replaced a rotten cracked flex pipe and welded on a new pipe to fit my aftermarket exhaust
