Ive been a customer at Franconia Auto Repair for over 20 years. In that time, my wife and I have owned new and used cars, American and foreign cars. We have used Francomia Auto Repair exclusively. Joe and his staff of qualified technicians have always done exactly what they said they were going to do, in the timeframe they said they would do it, and at the price they quoted. I have never been disappointed. The most important thing to my wife and I is that our cars are reliable. We have regular service performed by Franconia Auto Repair per the manufacturers recommendations. In addition, Joes techs go over every inch of the cars when we bring them in for service and make any recommendations they feel necessary. Both our autos are now over ten years old. I am happy and relieved to say my wife nor I have never, ever been stranded on the side of the road since using Franconia Auto Repair. That is quality service!

To find an honest mechanic and auto repair shop that is consistently reliable, prompt and genuinely fair is by far a very difficult task. I’ve been a client for nearly 20 years now and would NEVER waiver to any other mechanic regardless the need. These folks communicate well and deliver on time and as quoted. Franconia Auto Repair has always taken great care of both our foreign and domestic cars. When I hear friends talk about their car troubles, I always recommend the Franconia Auto Repair with confidence. Life is good when you have people you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly! They are stuck with us forever! :)

A family owned business, reliable and trustworthy. They will let you know what needs to be done and work with you to prioritize repairs. My car was having trouble and needed major work. They let me know what I needed to do right away and what could wait. I was able to get the other things done a few months later. Their preventive care is great, I have an older car and they have kept me on the road for 4 years now.

I asked them to change the starter of my car and they charged me 420+ . As it was an emergency I had to go there. They charged 270 for starter and its actual price is 170. Later on just for information I asked for the quote to some other auto shops and it was very low , just 250 bucks. I would never go there again.

Extremely hospitable. You get the vibe of a local owned shop where people actually care and not just see you as a number. Clean shop, clean waiting area and a friendly people. A little customer service goes a long way. Highly recommend this shop for your car services.
