Mr. Glover When I came to you I wanted you to do an oil and filter change, replace the serpentine belt and all four shocks, tap out and replace a bolt that had broken off on the right exhaust manifold of my truck. I purchased all parts necessary to complete the job and delivered them to you when I dropped off the truck. You had my truck for three whole days and when you returned it to me the exhaust leak was worse and the truck sounded considerably louder than when I originally brought it into your shop. I took it to another garage and they noticed: • The brake lines on the right front side were twisted • There were still two bolts broken off on the right exhaust manifold, one had a broken drill bit still embedded in the bolt that you tried to remove and then gave up on • One oversized hole was also drilled all the way through the right cylinder head (see photo attached) • Then you just slapped muffler or weld putty around the cylinder head and bolted it back together and told me the job was completed All these things were a result of what this shop did to my truck. Not only did you NOT DO what I asked you to do and WHAT I PAID you to do, you made things considerable worse and cost me over $3,700.00 more in damages to my truck. You call yourself “One King Automotive”, you aren’t even close to being the King of anything. I just wanted you to look me in the face and lie to me about all this and for you to remember one thing when I say this to you, I WILL NEVER BRING MY TRUCK TO THIS BUTCHER SHOP EVER AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Purchased a car from mycanonmotors, right next door, and Joe had inspected it and overlooked the vehicle promising the car was mechanically sound. After digging in to the car myself and taking it to other mechanics, I found it had a leaking headgasket and several other large issues that Joe had lied to me about when I brought it to his attention. The car shouldve never passed inspection. DO NOT RECOMEND ONE KING OR CANONMOTORS. Not trustworthy.

I have been to this shop several times throughout the years. The work performed on my vehicle has always been outstanding. When I need service, I am in and out with no long waiting periods. Compared to other shops in the area they charge crazy large fees; whereas, One King the price has been affordable. The service work performed on my vehicle has been completed to my satisfactory. My experience at One King was outstanding.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... My full gas tank was siphoned to below half. Of course he just played stupid and knew nothing about that. SCAM .I was also charged for parts not installed. Joe Glover is a liar and a cheat. BEWARE of his sweet talking bullshit. I had to take one king auto to small claims court.
