Ive had this unit for about 8 years total, when they were called Lockerroom. Last year my unit and a few others INSIDE the supposed secure building were vandalized. Priceless items were stolen, and I never heard back from the police or site management as to who, why, how, or any leads. To top it off, my rent was just raised by $20 without agreement or notification. Never was I given a consolation for my losses. But they sure send out a late fee email the day AFTER your rent is due. LRSS always sent it before the due date. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!!!!

Tried to reserve online and when I showed up in person there was nobody in the office and it was closed during posted business hours (no note on the door why). Someone else had been there earlier and put a note on the door about the same issue. I emailed them to cancel my reservation and instead of "we were closed for the holiday" I got a rude email from the manager Tom. Ive uploaded the email as a photo to this review showing him speak poorly about another customer and be rude about a simple misunderstanding. Very poor people skills.

These guys are just wonderful. The property manager (Josh) has always done everything possible to accommodate me. He has been very kind, considerate and most importantly professional. I was recommend this facility to anyone looking to store a vehicle or just personal belongings. They are safe, secure and very conveniently located right off the expressway into town. Their prices are in my opinion very affordable for what you get in the way of rental space. I hope they stick around for a very long time. ;-) :-)

I went to Prime Storage and met Josh. He is very informative, courteous and friendly. The facility itself is very clean, secure and reasonable. Needless to say....yes I rented a storage unit....you should check this facility out if you are looking for a friendly and secure place to keep your belongings safe. Thanks Josh and Prime Storage.

Best in the area! Well lit + very clean. Attentive, knowledgable, *organized* staff! Felt very safe keeping my stuff there. I got a climate controlled unit. Paid online with no problems. They helped me out over the phone even after they were closed for the day. You can only access the entrance going south on 309, but thats OK.
