We recently rented two units (an indoor and outdoor) at DE Storage Milford and are pleased with the experience thus far. Elisabeth and the other office staff are terrific and make things easy and straightforward for the customer—an important factor for us since we were moving items from out of state. Additionally, the main office is fully equipped with packing supplies, complimentary hot and cold beverages, and a clean bathroom to aid in the moving process. The facility is very well kept, up-to-date, and secure. Plus the units, which are priced reasonably, were clean upon moving in. Would definitely recommend to others!

We were looking for a secure and convenient storage facility close to Lewes Delaware for our brand new motorhome. We spoke with Elisabeth, the manager, and she was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She answered all our questions, explained the contract thoroughly and within just a few minutes we were set up with an access code and a place to park our motorhome. We would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Elisabeth Avery and her gang are top-notch folks. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a delight to work with. She helped me figure out which storage unit would best serve my purposes, offers packing materials for sale, and even directed me to some folks who helped me with packing up, enabling me to move with far less stress. DE Storage Milford is also adding more units, further allowing them to offer the best in storage solutions!

Very well-kept grounds, good monitoring system, within secure fencing with coded gate. They offer climate-control units and on-site dolly use. The locks are included and all in great condition. There is a staffing office on site, with helpful & friendly staff. Location is convenient and easy to access.

So fast and easy and Mark was super helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and nice and all the units are secure and easy to access. The price was the lowest I could find in Southern De. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for storage or parking.

Paid several months in advance . I didnt need the storage unit anymore and they wouldnt give me a refund for the remaining 3 months .... then the guy behind the desk says with a cheesy grin "sorry , wish we could help you out ". Garbage company

The facility is very well maintained and clean inside and out. They offer a box truck if you need a vehicle to move your stuff which I found very useful. The staff were very helpful and willing to work with our situation. 5 stars!
