Location...great. I first went to the Public Storage right down the street from the location where I rented and the woman there was very helpful. We discussed reserving a unit online down the street at the other Public Storage, which had the size I was looking to rent, that was more ideal for what I needed to store and I could get the 50% promotional rate. Within the 2 minute drive I reserved my unit online for $183 a month. When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter walked me down to the unit I reserved...it was locked. He did double check the unit number location, it was the correct unit but was NOW unavailable. The only unit left was the same size for $212. It was a drive up unit verses the other...hence the price difference. I will say the drive up unit has been GREAT. Simply put...I feel they should have honored the $183 price since it was offered online and I reserved ahead of time.

I rented a unit here for 2 months (for storage during a long distance move). The move-in and move-out were both clean and easy - they provide dollies for moving your stuff around. I also was able to set up my move-out date online, which was helpful because no one was in the office when I cleared out. My stuff stayed clean and dry, no sign of pests. Staff was very helpful whenever I had questions.

No matter how many questions I asked, Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, patience and helpful when he was giving me information on the different storage units. We wanted to change from an upstairs unit to a drive-up at this location. They transferred our account very easily and helpful in taking care of the paperwork. Very pleasant attitude as well. However, the unit has some faint petroleum smell and some oil stains on the floor.
