Right Now I am not happy!!! My furniture has been ruined by water and the property manger cant seem to figure the source of the water and does not show any interest in finding out. My insurance company has been calling them now for over a week and gets the voice mail every time call her directly!! The Property manager pretty much told me that she does not like to deal with insurance companies. Hmm, Lets see...Doesnt deal with insurance companies, doesnt care about personal property damage, doesnt answer phones.......some property manager she is. More like a mere gate keeper! All I ask is for her to make an honest effort to find out/guesstimate the source of the water and then answer the phone to explain her findings to my insurance company.....that simple! Instead, My family and I are sitting on beach chairs and laying on blow-up mattress at my new home.....ridiculous! If things happen to change in the near future, I would happy to come back here and add stars. As of right now, (1) will do.

I was welcomed into the facility with a good morning smile. This is my first time using Public Storage and the young lady name Dominique was very well spoken. Very intelligent and explained to me everything from all my paperwork, how to enter my code, how to properly use the lock, & taking me to my storage. Not to mention she provided couch and mattress covers!! She was more then willing to answer all my questions & concerns. I definitely feel safe knowing my life is in storage. In this world when people complain about bad service. Its a honor to write about good service. Ive also taken the time to recommend this location to my friends and family to 8401 Lansdowne Upper Darby Pa. 19082 to my family and friends & even created a Facebook post. I love great customer service and thank you for providing that great customer service Ms. Dominique. You rock!!!!

Not Horrible, Not Great. Dominique is super nice and is one of the reasons I kept my locker there as long as I did but other than that, the location is disappointing. The exit door has been broken for who knows how long so the site is no longer "secure". There are no locks on the buildings themselves so anyone can walk in with a pair of bolt cutters and wander the aisles of the buildings. The freight elevator in one of the buildings is broken and "waiting for a part", no ETA on when it will be fixed was offered. They also only have 1 cart for the entire facility which is kept locked up so if the office is closed your out of luck. If someone else is using it, youre out of luck. If no one else is using it you often have to wander the halls of the building to find it. If not for Dominique it would get a 2 star. I gave the extra star for her.

I rented a unit, because this is the close by my home. The price that was listed online wasnt the full price of the storage unit. You are required to buy a lock and insurance for the unit, which they dont mention until you arrive. While I had the storage unit there were no issues with the unit. However, when I ended my lease (on the 2nd) they still billed me for a full months rent, even though I was specifically told by Dominique that I would not have to pay as long as I was out by the 6th of the month. When I called to find out why I was billed, the woman who answered was rude and redirected me to their customer service line. Their customer service line couldnt help me and redirected me to someone in their corporate office. Next time I need to store things, Im keeping them anywhere else.

This was my first time using a storage space and it was a smooth experience getting started with Wayna. Thanks to both him and Dominique, I was able to book a great deal and secure my storage. Wayna was so personable and accommodating, always greeting me with a big smile. Overall, the experience was top tier. If I ever need to need a storage space again, Im using Public Storage for sure! Thanks for having such a great team at this location.

I reserved the storage online and Dominique contacted me the next day. She was very professional and very very courteous. She advised me to move my storage date up which wind up being super helpful for us. Once i got to the office she was awesome. She didnt mind all of my questions. Her customer service is beyond and above excellent. It is a breath of fresh air to work with pleasant people during stressful life events like moving.

Dominique was very nice and polite. My only concern is that a lot of the lights within the storage areas are out; particularly on the second floor. This makes moving your stuff in a bit difficult as the area where the one freight elevator was, was completely dark and we had to try to light up the area with our phones. Also the lights by our bin are out so it makes seeing the bin a bit difficult.

Lift/Elevator is not easily accessible to all as there are two doors before accessing the Elevator at upstairs. And the doors are without stoppers so it need two people to move your goods from Elevator to your space. one to move and other to hold the door. Moreover there was no cart for moving goods. No light in elevator and most of the lobby areas. No light in storage space.

I rented a unit today, Chandler was very friendly and very helpful. He explained the paper work and how the facility works. The unit I rented was clean and easy to get to, Chandler explained how the elevator works and showed me the unit location. Great customer service Chandler was very nice and very informative. I would reccomend this facility

Dominique was wonderful!!! This was my 1st experience with Public Storage and it was definitely a good one. She showed me the unit I would be renting and went over everything with me and Im very satisfied with everything. I came into the office to inquire about renting a storage locker, I was pleasently greeted by Dominique. She showed me a 2 different size lockers, and was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She gave packing and storage tips for when Im ready to rent a locker. When Im ready to rent I will surely return!

It worked for us in a short notice but over all it was A bad experience things did not work later and they did not care boy were we mad nothing like breaking your back boy are they lazy to help you out if it involves there storage place thanks for nothing never going back as long as I live just saying

I called and spoke with Dominique about moving supplies that was available at this location. I went in to the location and Dominique helped me with a few boxes and bubble wrap to get me started with boxing up my pictures and plaques. She was very helpful!
