Amazing customers service!!! Neal is so nice and amazing and will keep you laughing while registering. Krista is so friendly also and so giving. Honestly great service, great people to meet and make sure your things are stored. I highly recommend them. The price is good, facilities are kept clean and orderly and secured! S.B. its the best service I have received in my years of doing storage. And Neal and Kristabel are just the best!! I was also allowed to drive the golf cart around, thank you Neal and Krista!!

A very friendly & helpful staff always greeted me when I visited the office several times over a six month period. One day after removing some items from my unit I improperly locked my unit & it could still be entered. I got a call the very next morning that my unit was accessible but the lock was locked improperly. So I was able to get back to my unit to lock it securely. I appreciated knowing that the units are checked!!

Cant say how grate they are special Krista, I am storing stuff here for several years and before this place i stored in another facility that Krista managed she always with a smile and so helpful that when i needed a space she got for me exactly what I needed Im defiantly will continue to store my belongings there and if you need good storage Uncle bob is the place now Life time storage.

Walked in to ask about storing some of my things. I spoke to the woman there named Krista and she was very helpful. I was frazzled with some personal things and Krista was so nice to keep me calm and focused on what I needed. She was a pleasure and she was both professional yet treated me as if we were friends. When the time comes, I will be back.

Having moved from Puerto Rico to the USA, it was very hard to find a good storage facility comparable to the amazing service near my old Casa. Life Storage (Specifically Neal) has gone above and beyond for my every need at an amazingly clean facility. Also was surprised to know that Neal speaks spanish pretty well. Very much helpful. Neal is very much down to earth, bubbly and friendly!!!! Love his sense of humor and the way he makes customers feel right at home. I was looking for a place to store my car for the winter months since dealing with snow in Philadelphia is difficult. Neal showed me the unit I picked out online beforehand and never once did he try to upsell me or sell me something I didnt need. The facility is clean and secure. I feel completely comfortable storing my car here

After a disastrous attempt at renting a Uhaul at a different location, we got to Uncle Bobs Storage and Nate was super helpful! We were out and on the road in 10 minutes! After being super frustrated this was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Nate for helping us out and having a smile on your face the whole time!!!

When I initially called and heard the jaunty greeting from Neal, it aroused my curiousity in Life Storage and had investigate. Neal showed me a Large, clean unit at a decent price. The grounds are nice and I often see the team keeping the place spotless. Everyone is friendly, but my main man will always be Neal!

Spoke to a gentle fellow named Neal. He was able to discuss U-Haul trucks with me and knew about sizes based upon some sort of numbers so he could determine just what I needed. He got it all right and I was well serviced. We need more people with work ethics like Neal.

Excellent place to store stuff and rent UHAUL trucks. Staff works well and beyond what they are ask to do. They stayed open past there allotted time and waited for us when we needed them. Highly recommended!!! Nate Garrett was and is a great guy to have work with.
