Intentionally waited until I was done with my rental before reviewing. Very satisfied with this place and the employees. Tom and Tommy were awesome throughout the 5 months I stored here. Place is clean, safe and there are a good amount of carts to use (I was at Public Storage in the past and youd be lucky to track one down). Check out was easy, just left it clean and open. This was a bit farther from my house than other locations, but worth it.

Tommy @ Life Storage goes above and beyond to explain everything. Great personality, great to talk to and all around pleasurable person. He made recommendations and made things easy. The facility is very very clean. Indoor unloading is a wonderful thing to have. Keeps everything dry and not having to stress out unloading packages in the weather. Highly recommended going there for all your storage needs.

I came in to move in to a 10x20 storage unit and Tommy was not only pleasant but very helpful in making sure my unit was easily accessible for my movers. This place is very clean and customer service was SO MUCH BETTER than the "orange storage unit". I am very pleased and definitely recommend this storage company.

A very nice storage facility: Drive in access, climate controlled, very clean, dry, carts on hand to move gear. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. On-line registration available, very smooth. Dont forget to bring in proof of homeowners or renters insurance to save $10/month.

Tom has always treated me nicely, whether in the facility or on the phone. He is a pleasure to do business with, and helps me to feel comfortable while working in my unit, or completing paperwork. Just a really nice guy! Very clean facility, with nice restroom.
