Your Metro Storage facility in Edgmont, PA is very nice and clean. John who works in the office there is very nice and helpful. I have two complaints/suggestions, though. The storage area has NO bathrooms and NO trash cans - ridiculous! I couldnt believe it. What are customers supposed to do when they have to use the bathroom or to throw something away in a trash can?! Very inconvenient! Metro Storage needs to do something about that, please! Thank you. MSS and the Newtown Square facility is the perfect solution for small or large storage needs. I have been very pleased with my climate controlled units. Importantly, Jennifer (the gal there dawn to dusk) is awesome, the place is always clean, and I know my stuff is safe / in a good place. While you are not the cheapest, I am a fan. I needed a storage space, unfortunately Jennifer didnt have the size I needed but she gave me so many options for other places that could take care of me! It was nice for someone to go out of the way for me when they wouldnt benefit from it. The customer service was just above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place!

We did a lot of research of storage units in the area and settled on Metro (former Storage King) and have been thrilled with them. Personal attention, very CLEAN, VERY Easy to get to our units. All good and we Highly recommend them over the others...everyone is priced about the same and I would not go anywhere else!!

Have two units here 10x35 drive up and 10x10 indoor. Very Clean, Very Easy to unload, Jasmine (Manager) was very helpful when i was in a jam and needed a second unit, found the perfect one for my situation.
