I have had a business in town for 15 years. We are relocating in the next 60 days so we needed a storage area quickly to transfer equipment to until it was time to move into our new location. I called and talked to Deborah Wise at Extra Space in Collegeville and she is by far a big asset for the company. She asked me several questions and had me setup by the time I got there so it only took a couple of minutes to get things going.We were in a big hurry. It was a great experience and Im glad they have people there like her. Thank you Deborah!

Extra Space Storage just took over for that horrendeously managed Smart Stop Storage in Collegeville.I had a problem during the switch over and Brett the manager for Extra Space Storage stepped in helped me out and did a fine job!Brett even told me about the new prepayment program which gives you a free month if you prepay 12 months and if you decide to leave early your unused months are fully refunded with no cancellation fees! Plus it locks in your rental rate! Its a good deal and makes financial sense!Thank you Brett! Chris

Great Unit and perfect for my needs! I needed a space to store my stuff while my basement was being finished. Extra Space Storage provide a clean, safe environment and great access for when I needed any of my items. Jessica and Brett were great, but I didnt need to talk with them much since there were no issues:) I have suggested this place to my friends and family with cramped houses to store some of their stuff to free up home space. Worth the cost!

Well Ill tell you if this isnt the best storage facility in this area then old Jack Burton needs to get his head checked. Great rates, spotless facility, and the security is great too. I dont gotta worry about Lo Pan and his goons trying mess with my items. In all seriousness Brett and Jason were a great help, Ill certainly be recommending this site to others.

Our experience with Extra Space has been superb. Superior customer service. They even called when a lock check revealed that we hadnt properly secured the lock on our unit so we could come out and remedy the situation (the lock was ours). And I feel really good knowing that the manager lives on site. The facility is clean and well lit.

I have had a locker here for over 2 years. I have no complaints about the locker or service other than the price seems to have gone up significantly over time. That said, everything is clean and appears to be secure.
